the reviews were correct.. amazing food and drinks.. Great value .. Service was awesome.. I don't know why anyone would eat on the strip take a uber or taxi to Carve .. you will not be disappointed
We had the 12 oz prime rib with calamari and stuffed mushrooms to start. The mushrooms were good and the calamari was cooked perfectly. The prime rib was also cooked perfectly and delicious - a little much fat on my piece for my liking but cooked perfect for medium rare. But my favorite part of the meal was the side upgrade to lobster bisque which was incredible, it's thick and creamy and delicious. And the service was outstanding, will definitely be back.
What an amazing experience. Derek was our waiter. And he was very attentive. The drinks were outstanding, and the steak was worth and the experience was definitely worth the time we had.

Garreck was oir server and be was amazing. I never had an empty cup. My only issue was with with pan roast. It did not taste close to pan roast. The rice was to mushy and that means they put to much water when they cooked it. The pan roast lacked all the Cajun flavoring and tasted like butter and tomatoes.

Had prime rib which was excellent. Waiter was very polite and attentive to our requests. Asked for a Singapore Sling drink. They had to Google it to see how to make it. Unfortunately was not right and was very alcohol heavy. Our anniversary and they gave us a free chocolate cream filled desert that was very good.

Ordered an 830 table but didn't get seated until 930. It was valentines day so perhaps understandable. As a result, i was offered a complimentary glass a wine while waiting at their rather nice bar. Service was great once seated and more importantly everything on the menu was available.
My wife and I came here for Valentine's Day dinner. Our reservation was at 7:45pm. We showed up at 7:20pm. We were told to come back at 7:45 and check in, ok no big deal. We went and gambled some, which we lost over $200 in like 15min! We came back and checked in and were not seated till after 8pm. We put in our drink order and got those maybe 20 min later at the least. Waiter took our dinner order at that time also. We got our salads around 8:40pm. It's now 9:20pm and no food. We ended up leaving and paying for our drinks and salads. The manager didn't even come over to apologize or anything. Our valentines dinner was ruined. Do not trust this place if you are planning any special dinner. We would've stayed and gambled more and were even talking about getting a room for the night but at that point we just wanted to get out of there.

We had a reservation at 7:30pm. Didn't get seated til 8:00 pm. We didn't get our til 8:45 .. We are most of it and left .. Sat for a long time waiting on the salad .. it was pretty busy but people in the restaurant we're waiting for a long time to get waited on , get water and silverware

The service wasn't bad, just slow, and I think that was more of a kitchen issue than the wait staff. The fried calamari and the lobster tail were both cooked perfectly. My steak was over cooked and dry. I don't think I'll be back

Sent back my 2 filet mignons. 1 was just right and the other was under done. Both had been cut into pieces. They brough back the same 2 filets. The first filet that cooked correctly was cold. Mashed potatoes on the plate were cold. Has to ask 4 times for water refill and 3 times for A1.
Valentine's Day meal... 7 pm reservation. Seated at 7:10, met the waitress at 7:25, food came out 2 people at first , 15 minutes later, food for the other two. (4 at dinner) Steak was ordered medium rare. Came out “well done”. Lobster was drenched in sauce. Very unappetizing. Sorry, just keeping in real.

Waited 15 mins when we had a reservation, it was vday but wasn't even busy in the restaurant so I didn't understand that nor how it took 1.5 hours for the main dish. Not to mention the 2nd mojito they swear they gave me and billed me for when I waited almost 40 mins for it and still never got it. At that point we left.

Have wanted to try for a few years. Went in with a relative around 6:30, made a reservation but didn't need it. Only 2 tables occupied on a weeknight (Wednesday). Service was great, prime rib is best we've had since we moved here. Primarily Prime Rib (South Pointe) is equal in quality but more $$ to this but it's on the other side of town. Glad we came. Figure $45 a head for steaks, etc. well priced, quiet, fast service. Highly recommend.
