This Chilli's is nee to our area. We assumed that since there were so many cars parked outside that it was going to be packed. Surprisingly, it wasn't. It was busy but not packed. Our server Mia was in training and Carlos the manager. They were very tentative! They both had GREAT customer service! Our food order came out right, fast, and hot!
It's only the North Las Vegas location across from the Cannery. I've been on 3 different occasions this year and all 3 times they had great tasting food, great se5vice, nice and clean, good energy. I recommend the smash burger and always chips and salsa. Careful with the drinks because they don't hold back on the liquor (smile). Please keep up the great work Craig Rd. Location!

Server Joanne was great at a busy time today. Unfortunately the only reason I was there was my work break and my burger was smothered in mustard for some reason which I didn't complain about, two bussers mixed up my drinks with another table twice, and another server who went in the bathroom after me destroyed and threw away my work material I accidentally left in the stall instead of asking while I was washing my hands if it was mine. Should've went to McDonald's

I got soggy taco seasoned chips, spread of beans and cheese. Looked more like cheese flatbread.. horrible.. remove this off the menu as nachos.. disrespectful to the nacho community!!
