Overly cooked, burnt chips and was told that's how they are and that they rarely look like the advertised picture maybe at this store they burn them but not others.

They’re always skimping on portions.. wth is this.. I didn’t even eat anything just mixed

They served us poorly (for example carnitas instead of chicken), there were no flavored waters either :( and in the end the prices are a bit high for what it is.

The staff doesn’t care about their job here, very unprofessional and don’t know how to roll burritos, very disappointing experience.

Went to Chipotle at 12:20, and they were out of white rice, veggies, and forks. They also weren’t selling chips because “online orders already paid for them.” How does this happen just two hours after opening? Disappointing experience again!

Place is always burning down. If it’s not the employees not moving fast enough. Place an order online takes an extra 45 mins after pick up.
Register not working and everyone standing around. Do better worse location evee

The customer service is a bit to be desired...The server Says her name was Ariel I believed as she sacasticly stated it, but had no name tag . Horrible customer service even became combative, I'm just glad I was mature enough to ignore her comments and aggression. I would not patronize that location again and strongly encourage others to avoid this location multiple customers had complaints while I was there. I paid $28 for my bowl for extras but as you ask for extras they still give you as you're paying for regular portions and then get sarcastic that you are questioning the portion size and here I pay $28 for a bowl really I definitely should get what I am paying for it's crazy to literally get in a argument for this I'll definitely avoid that location.

This Chipotle needs to be shut down. How they display an A for sanitation is beyond me. The kitchen looked absolutely disgusting 🤮 and the food also looked so bad. Go somewhere else. Don’t waste your time or money at this chipotle.

Worst burrito I've ever had. Tortilla stale, rice undercooked, and they must have thought it was funny to load the pico with some sort of extremely hot pepper that made it inedible. I'm from Texas so no stranger to spicy.

My favorite is the guacamole and chips ? I had a salad bowl with chicken n black beans, red chili it was all delicious the place could of used some cleaning me and my husband cleaned our table off before setting, it was not to clean but the food was good. Light n tasty!

Placed an order via chipotle website , order was never delivered when I come in to request my order I was given the run around and made to feel as if I did something wrong . They helped several other customers before I was seen to complete
