Food is good sometimes. They're constantly out of everything. Sucks because I get off work late and can't have Chipotle bevause they have nothing. I get these teens need jobs but they have no care in the world. Not preplanned for the dinner rush. Oh and never order online the portions are super tiny

Avoid this location. Ordered a to go order and nothing was right.Ordered a double protein steak bowl, did not get double protein. All of the 3 dinners were ice cold, the rice was even clumped together and cold. No cheese on one bowl, bay leaves at least 4 inches long in each entree with rice, and was given guacamole when I ordered and paid for cheese dip. I've given this location multiple chances, but that'll be the last $50 spent with them. Too expensive to get cold, bad food. Take the kids somewhere else, this is not a well managed establishment.

This location is so inconsistent with quality and portioning. The shift lead should be tasting each batch of meat and sides after they are made. Chef here, don't @ me. Service is what you expect.

Zero stars if I could! Dirty food line, they didn’t have multiple items. This place isn’t particularly cheap… the quality always varies from chipotle to chipotle but this was nasty. The employees weren’t friendly or welcoming.

Please tell me how it’s 9:52pm on a Thursday night. The restaurant doesn’t close until 11pm but there is no food. None unless you want dip or a flour tortilla. Make it make sense. Zero stars!!!

Most chipotle experiences are not the best, but this location was very different. I was assisted by Wyatt and he was one of the most friendly fast food associates I’ve ever dealt with. His happiness was contagious and his positive attitude shifted my whole day. I will be going to this location from now on and I hope to see Wyatt again. Keep being you Wyatt, you’re the man!

Never online order here. I did an online order tonight very simple bowls and they didn’t give mechicken in one of the bowls that paid and requested. Not to mention gave me stuff I’m allergic to in another bowl that my receipt shows I didn’t request at all. When I returned to get my order fixed they said, “we ran out of chicken so we didn’t give you chicken in that bowl” ….. so I paid for it and yall were skimping me instead of asking me in person at pick-up if another protein is ok. What kind of response and customer service is that? Will never order from the app for this location again.

I usually love this place, however on this particular day they were under poor supervision. They had run out of rice, it would take 30 minutes before it would be ready. The food wasn't hot, as a matter of fact they were scraping the bottom of the container to accommodate me with qucamole! It was all bad!

Was okay, got a salad no dressing included, besides that error staff wasn't bad at all, place was clean. Salad was around $17 I thought that was a bit high for just one Salad at a fast food joint. Wish it had a drive through and was just a bit more reasonable.
