This is my millionth time going to Chipotle, but the first time going to this location. The food taste very bland, and everything was cold, my bag of chips wasn’t even half way full and they didn’t have the large queso cups . The portions weren’t fair. Paid $83 for my party and it wasn’t even good. I regret going there with so many options around. I will not be coming back to this location. Waste of money. Disappointed.

I had been waiting in line for about 5-7 minutes, before i had been made aware that it was going to take 10 minutes for chicken to be ready. 25 minutes later, the chicken was finally ready. During that wait time, they had be servicing customers who weren't ordering chicken. A customer who had been like 10th-11th in line was being serviced since her order didn't contain chicken. However during her order, the chicken had been placed to be served. That customer immediately wanted to order chicken, after customers had been waiting for 25 minutes for it. The employee instead of informing the customer, that they would have to get back in line to order the Chicken, served her chicken right in front of 6 customers who had been waiting 25 minutes for it. Straight insult to injury. Finally being able to order, wasn't given any courtesy discount for the inconvenience of waiting over 35 minutes. Better leadership needs to be held accountable to eliminate scenarios like this. A customer shouldn't feel infuriated after giving a Business their time to reestablish their products and service.

I notified their customer service Department about this, all they said was "sorry this happened" and thats it.

Not heres a coupon, a discount, a free drink. Nothing.

So when this Business treats you incorrectly or makes mistakes that effect your order.
They'll gladly take your money but dont expect them to compensate you for anything.

I've retired Chipotle. Not giving a dime to a Company who can care less for being careless to their customers.
Theres too many great businesses that deserve your Business and utmost respect it for choosing them.

The food is always fresh. I only order pick up because I hate telling the employees what I want cause I have a soft voice and people never hear me. The Chipotle app makes it so easy to customize your order and you can get extra rice and beans for free! Toppings too I believe. Last time I ordered here my bowl was filled to the brim with food. Obviously they are gonna charge more for meat cause it’s expensive so idk why people complain about that. Order pick up from the app, go through the drive thru, and you don’t have to deal with anyone. Just pull up and get your food. They don't take orders so the drive thru is only for pick up! No wait at all when I went.

Vegetarian options: The sofritas are vegetarian and I think maybe even vegan. I believe you just have to avoid the pinto beans but the toppings are pretty much all vegetarian.

Chipotle is a good restaurant, but very poorly managed, sometimes the beans don't have seasoning, sometimes many things don't have seasoning, when you go in the afternoon they no longer have anything to add, they are empty of contours to add to your meal, so if they don't have to give good customer service because when they run out of contours they don't close the place? They sell you the complete meal at full price but they don't have all the contours apart from one going to buy a drink and the "natural juices" are always empty!! And not to mention the environment that Chipotle doesn't even clean very badly!!

I will be giving the district manager a complaint and contacting corporate. EMPLOYEE’s are RUDE and it’s poorly ran. This is my first time coming and they barely wanted to give me any meat and charged extra for normal serving size. They give you one scoop of meat like rations for a soup kitchen. The employee korina and the staff working on 10/14/24 around 3pm were unfriendly and kept repeating after every topping added “are you done, anything else” like dang , the point of chipotle is to build the meal! It’s like they were irritated. They piled a bunch of cheese, lettuce, and sauce and charged me an Extra $11 for more meat. The bowl itself cost 11.20…..AND THE MEAT WAS COLD

Why are there only like 10 chips in the bag? This is total nonsense. It’s basically an order for a kids meal. There are not enough to use for two salads and large guac.

This is my first time at this Chipotle. I ordered 1 steak burrito and 1 smoked brisket burrito. The steak looked more medium well and since I’m pregnant I need to make sure that my foods are fully cooked. Samantha that was assisting me was very kind and helpful and she asked if I was ok to wait while they cook the steak a little bit more for well done. I felt she gave me exceptional service and went above and beyond. She was very accommodating! Thank you so much Samantha!

Me and my husband love chipotle but this location is always out of everything . We thought at first " its a new place " so we didn't come for a while . Until last night , we thought that's more then enough time . They should be all set and fully stocked . Even Now being fully staffed seems like the place is still not kept clean or stocked up . To put the cherry on top we witnessed the girl on the serving line, scrap rice off the counter and put it back into the rice container . That's super unsanitary !! So I asked for my bowl with no rice . To top it off it was only 7pm and they had no spoons, no forks , napkins , no steak . This places needs better management . NEVER coming to this location again !

Before I go to any food place always check reviews and this one lately has received some negative ones. But I'm happy to report that I went here today, Wed 9/25 at about 11:15 a.m. and everything was great. Fast, friendly service and good food with ample portions.

Love Bug

If I could give this location a NEGATIVE 1,000 I would do so. Today, I purchased a steak bowl for $15.89 which included one scoop of black beans, a teaspoon of steak, a tablespoon of guacamole, a sprinkle of cheese and a sprinkle of lettuce. My co-worker asked the server to add more cheese and the server argued with my co-worker and reluctantly sprinkled a little more cheese on top (see attached photos).
I was in shock when I received this bowl so much that I returned it to the North 5th location right after work. Upon arrival, I spoke with the manager, a large black woman. By the way, I too am a black woman. I explained the above situation to the manager and showed her the bowl. The manager stated, "That's right! That's a steak bowl and you were charged $15.89 and that's the right price!" Again, I was in shock. I requested a refund and was given one.
PLEASE close this location! It is HORRIBLE and full of low class people, workers included!! PLEASE DO NOT GO TO THIS LOCATION.
