The employee Bri that works the pick up lane has poor customer service and food handling. Last few times I ordered, my food was cold and incorrect. I will no longer be eating at this location.

I dont know about atmosphere. My son picked up my cold bowl of rice in the drive thrue. So service ok. But my cold 10.00plus bowl of rice. The forgot the chicken. I checked the button online for free salsa but they did not give it to me. I was womdering as I ate why I had not ordered from this location ( close to my house) recently. Now I rember. All u gey is rice and toppings. The rice is good. But it been better price if I actually wanted no meat. But u pay for meat and dont get it. Its aggravating!

Place is straight up cheeks.
No rice, no meats, no beans, no vegetables, no salsa, somehow no cheese and chips. People work there if you can believe it.
Go here if you want to be humiliated!

The customer service is horrible! I don't even make reviews but it's crazy. You have food in the drive thru lane but can't add it to the take out because it's in the drive thru.. wth. Then complained about customers...

The only reason this location still gets business is convenience — not quality. People keep coming back because it’s nearby, not because it’s worth it.

Stopped in for lunch and it was the same disappointing experience. The staff looked completely disengaged, barely greeted anyone, and acted annoyed to be there. It was as though you were a bother to spend your money for their paychecks.

They were out of multiple ingredients and out of utensils — and no one said a word about how long anything would take after you said you would wait. Just a stare at a customer expecting to be served the posted menu. Clearly most customers just move on as this is the norm at this location, and this part of the city.

The burrito was rolled into a square that fell apart the moment I picked it up. Even the parking lot is a tight layout with only a couple of usable spaces, usually taken up by BMI 35's idling in pickup spots.

Unfortunately, this has become the standard expectation for anyone grabbing lunch in NLV who works up in the greater Speedway–Nellis area — whether it’s walk-in, drive-thru, or delivery. With how busy that corridor gets, this spot should be thriving, but it’s just the opposite.

Terrible place to eat. They’re never stocked when I go in. They’re always missing something. The staff are also all a bunch of robots. Terrible Costumer service. They all look like they hate their job. Hope it gets better

It seems as though they are always running out of things. I’ve walked in on 3 separate occasions and they are always behind and either asking people to wait or telling customers that they don’t have food items.

I arrived at 8:45pm and the place closes at 11pm. The employee gave me a list of food items they were out of and also told me that I had to order online. I don't recommend coming here. Go to In-N-Out.

The closing crew really needs to step it up. First is their attitude, it feels like if you go in there and that last hour, they absolutely hate you and they hate that you came there. If you’re gonna have the attitude, then just close an hour early and then update Google and I won’t come. Second is the actual food service. I ordered double meat. I did not get double meat. I ordered Viah the app. I did not get any utensils. I did not get any napkins. When the food was given to me, she practically threw it in the car. They need to do better I really like chipotle I really like eating your food, but this is getting ridiculous. I normally don’t write reviews, but this is very bad, and I’d really love to see the store. Be great among all the other options that are around it.

I’ve given this location multiple chances, but unfortunately the experience has been disappointing each time. Today I placed an order through the app — not only was it delayed, but when I finally received it, the quesadilla was undercooked. On a previous visit, my order was made incorrectly as well, despite being a simple request for a plain cheese quesadilla. The consistency and attention to detail just aren’t there, and the customer service could be much better. Sadly, I can’t recommend this location.

This was our first time and the last coming to this location, we came in at 9:35pm, we stood up by the line to order, one girl was making a burrito and the other girl was sweeping the floor behind the counter, and no one said a word, about 3 minutes passed and finally the girl that was sweeping washed her hands and asked what do we wanted, I wanted a burrito but she said that was only bowls for the night that they were out of the tortillas, even though the other girl Esmeralda I believed was her name was making a burrito when we walked in, ok so we choose 2 bowls, was barely any meat left on those pans in the line, when we got to the cold items, they were also out of the pico de gallo and the cheese, to however is running these location just wanted to let you know that we won’t be back anymore, your employees are rude and they seen miserable, we got home at the food was extremely cold, we couldn’t even eat it.

To whoever owns this place, your employees leave so much money on the table by just being lazy. This is the only chipotle I’ve ever been to that’s been out of anything, and every time I come here they’re out of something, meat, beans, tortillas, etc. Usually it’s a few items.
One time they just told me, “all we have is chicken and black beans.” They didn’t have any other protein, no salsa. This took place while the restaurant was supposed to be open for about another 2 hours at that point but they act like they’re done cooking.
Last night they tell me “the system is down, we’re gonna need 20-30 minutes to reboot it.” All the food was left sitting uncovered just during this time, while the girl just stands there and basically turns everyone away as they walk in the door. I asked if I could order my food on door dash for pick up, or if perhaps she could just make my order I’ll pay cash and maybe she rings it up later. The answer was basically, a no can do with a smile.
It just feels like they’re happy to have any excuse to turn people away, and I suspect it’s cause they’re lazy. I don’t know what kind of system you have or whatever, but it sounds like you’re telling me it’s going to be 20-30 minutes to reboot a computer, which is honestly not even believable. Get it together with your staff already. Make enough food for the demand, like every other Chipotle in the world does. Seems like this place has been open a year and still has nonsense issues like it’s the first week every damn day. Get some people to work that want to work, and send the lazy ones packing please, thank you.

Food was great. Service was awful and the restaurant had dirty tables everywhere. We'll go back to the other location even though it is farther away from home.
