My daughter planned a party at this location on Saturday the 21st. Things were going well until one of the people in our party, saw a Caucasian little girl on a merry-go-round aout to fall and hurt herself. The young lady in our party went to help said child. The parents found out, and they had a fit because someone in our party helped their child. They went to management, throwing a fit because of this. No words were exchanged and it ended up with our party being kicked out, no refund and the white family fully refunded. When my daughter asked the white female manger for a refund also she declined our request. This is unacceptable by your company. I told my niece the next time she sees something like this happening let the child fall and bust their behind. Thank you to the manager who made a 6-year-old cry and ruining his birthday and his party. In the future we will be taking our business elsewhere.

I can’t believe this. The took my child here for a party. Instead of having a find time, his day was turned upside down. Another child was hanging off the marry go round, one of my guest (which was a child herself) helped the child down so she wouldn’t fall. Instead of behind grateful. The child’s uncle came up to her and started yelling in her face! My son was crying, because he was scared, I’m trying to tell the manager that they started it all, it instead, the manager was not trying to hear my side. The manager took the side of the aggressor. I got my son to calm down thankfully, however time already passed. We only had a hour and some change left to play. The other people whom were (of Caucasian descent) went back up to the to talk to the manager to get us kicked out because we “made them feel uncomfortable”. The manager refunded the aggressor, and basically kicked us out. When I asked for a refund because my child didn’t have the party that he was promised. The manager then said “well, the other party has already left.” Please, help me make this make sense. My son was sobbing because his party was ruined.

I had my son’s 3rd birthday party here and I don’t regret it!! Zach was so nice and attentive he made my son feel very special and I appreciate that. I didn’t purchase a party host but Zach went out of his way to give us discounts, tips on how to get the best experience and even extra tickets to my son’s wristband. My son had so much fun and I appreciate the staff and especially Zach helping have a great first party experience at Chuck E. Cheese!!! Thank you we will be back.

My son had such a great time with his friends! He requested Chuckee Cheese this year for his birthday. So happy with the affordable prices it was able to happen for him. Zach was our server/party host! He did such a wonderful job. So proud of him. If you child has a party just know you can't leave a tip on cards. Good idea to bring cash for tipping. They deserve it!

Love this Chuck E. Cheese it’s always so clean the pizza is always hot and fresh. I wanna shout out an employee named Zach he is so sweet! Helped us with all our questions always has a smile on his face. Will go back just because of him! He definitely deserves a raise lol.

They messed up my daughter’s birthday today party. I gave them the details three times and they still messed it up. The cake was wrong they forgot to bring out the ice cream. They kids all left and the ice cream melted. They started my party late but requested I leave on time. It was a nightmare!

Haven't had Chuck E Cheese pizza since I was a kid. It really exceeded my expectations. Honestly would order it over some take-out chains.
The location, including the restrooms were very cleaned and maintained.
I do wish the birthday tables were a bit more spread out to allow for more room for guests/food/presents.
