Today, I had my daughter’s 5th birthday party at Chuck E. Cheese, and I couldn't be happier with how it turned out! Our party host, Bella, was absolutely fantastic. She was incredibly attentive, patient, and informative throughout the entire event. Her positive attitude really made the day special for both the kids and the parents. Thank you, Bella, for making our celebration unforgettable! Highly recommend this location for any birthday celebration!

I always bring my kids here this is a must go to place very clean, employees are always nice and helpful. Food is great and so many games as well!!! Would recommend everyone with kids to come here and also get the monthly passes they have it's worth having!!!

Unfortunately, we will not be having our daughter’s birthday celebration here and the reservation has been canceled. We choose with our dollars and I refuse to pay money to be treated poorly, $200+ before ordering food for our guests is not cheap. In just speaking over the phone to discuss accommodation for a member of our party with allergies I was immediately shut down by the manager despite it being said on their website that they do. When speaking to the reservation line I was instructed to speak directly with the manager of the location to make arrangements. Susan, who claimed to be one of the managers was very short and snappy with her replies and rude in tone. She was obviously trying to be difficult and indifferent and cut me off while trying to clarify the website info. She stated that they don’t accommodate and told me to call corporate for an approval and immediately started calling off numbers to me in a loud obnoxious manner. Both the service line and the website stated to contact the local Chuck E. Cheese, not corporate. I haven’t been to Chuck E Cheese with my kids and this interaction leaves me with no desire to. Going off previous reviews this seems to be the way they conduct business.

Geffory has this place spotless clean cleanest chuckee cheese I've been to 100% recomend coming and having your events here he keeps the place great and clean seen him vacuuming and moving the games to clean bathrooms are so clean and the staff is great everyone helps and greets with a smile everything
Horrible customer the cashier got all my order wrong I waited 45 minutes for 1 pizza and I watched everyone who order after me get their food before me. Everything is so over priced. Never again will I visit

I moved to Vegas a year ago and have noticed a pattern with food service businesses magically not having the one item on the menu that I want. I haven't been to Chuck E Cheese in 10 years and finally set aside a day to go to the branch 1 mile from my place. I just wanted a personal pan pizza and to play some skee ball but as per Las Vegas tradition no personal pan pizzas left. Seriously?! I ended up having to drive 10 miles across town to the other location. Why does this keep happening?

This place hasn't been open for long but it's trashed. The lines were long at times because there was only one cashier. Our cashier (middle aged male) was pretty short with us... Luckily this was supposed to be a fun birthday outing for a 2 yr old who has fun anywhere he goes so his experience isn't ruined or anything. There is trash everywhere, one of the toilets was clogged...
