Cracker Barrel Old Country Store

It was a busy Sunday evening, so the service took a little bit longer than usual. We always enjoyed the atmosphere with all the old old decorations everybody's always very friendly.
I know cracker Barrel is known for their big portion of food. But maybe add on a small senior menu. The reason why I'm saying that is my mom does not eat that much and she's 90. Just the food for thought.

Was seated immediately, Sat just waiting, waiting, and waiting about 15 minutes a couple comes in seated in a different station. I work in food service , Busser gets their drinks immediately. Waited about 5 more minutes and left. They seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. Really wanted to try the food out. Not sure why this is saying North Las Vegas, This one was on Dean Martin.

I was told they no longer serve Applewood Bacon.... that was one of the main things I liked about their breakfast...

I went with my daughter this past Saturday. There were a bunch of new kids there. The greeters looked like they didn't know what they were doing and it was frustrating. When I ordered my meal, the waitress gave me the exact same dish as my daughter, then told me I didn't order what I ordered. She tried to correct it, but I was pissed. I will go to the other location or another restaurant altogether because the quality has gone down a bit.

Overall it was good . Pancakes were cold and eggs were under cooked. I get it. Very busy! Server was very friendly and great.
I will be back . I’ll give it another chance. Thank you

Every time I eat there I am disappointed. Seems like the only food Cracker Barrel does well is breakfast. It’s a shame. I thought we’d give it one more shot but we were sad after our food came. Not sure what to say other than skip lunch or dinner at Cracker Barrel.

The server, Jasmine was terrible. When she took our order we wanted Cole slaw with our meals. When the food was about to come out, she said that the slaw wasn't ready, she asked if we wanted to wait for it or if we wanted something else. We said we'll wait, the food came out and the slaw never came. She never checked out table, all the dirty dishes were left on the table the whole time. We asked for ketchup and she forgot. Finally she had the nerve to give me the check when I didn't even asked for it. Of course she didn't take the slaw off the bill. I had to call the manager to request a discount. He was very respectful, and took care of the problem immediately. It was my first time there and my last time. If I have to keep chasing the server, and things are not what they offered, then what's the purpose of going to a restaurant?

Chicken Strip Dinner Was Over-Cooked & Didn't Sit Well With My Stomach. But, The Cheese Cake & Biscuit's Were Delicious. I Would Try Another, Entree Next Time. Thank You!

I wanted a burger I just wanted to change the patty for a vegan one and they said they couldn’t do it which the day before I went to the other location and they did it with no problem I just feel that it’s no right that when we work with always have to go the extra mile to help the costumer and here they just couldn’t do an easy EASY thing so I ended up no eating anything this never happened to me before I’m really disappointed and be the last time I come here and I always leave $50 tip and they couldn’t do that favor to me ugh it’s just crazy !!!!!

Was not a pleasant experience!
Service was absolutely the worst! Never saw a server for 25 minutes, then when she did come back it was auction off the food and didn’t see her again till she brought the bill. The music was so loud it was crazy thought we was in a bar. Couldn’t pay the bill there was literally nobody there everyone was in the back for ever the hole place was unattended.
They want you to pay through there app and it kept logging me off..

I have never been to a place when you order biscuits and gravy, you get 2 really small biscuits and gravy on the side in a small space cup, most terrible service ever, the waiters every sentence started with sorry.... most terrible restaurant ever, all I Can is thank God for small amounts of alcohol, in a peach mimosa, which everything on the menu was overall exaggerated...terrible all the way around!

Went for dinner, and I had the chicken tenders dinner with the tots. My tots were cold. They microwaved them to fix that and that made them mushy. Half the broccoli was cold. Chicken was good. We had the fried pickles, very good. My husband had the pot roast, and he enjoyed it, and brother in law had the steak tips. Biscuits were good. They did not like the corn bread muffin.
