Had great service. Our server, Caryn, was great. She suggested items. Was very friendly. Made great conversation. Checked on us frequently.

BEWARE IF YOU HAVE A FOOD ALLERGY!!!!!!!!!!!

WISH I COULD GIVE NEGATIVE STARS - TOLD WAITRESS I HAVE A ALLERGY TO RED MEAT. SHE WAS EXTREMELY RUDE THE ENTIRE TIME - FAST FORWARD TO THEM GIVING ME MY PLATE (WHICH HAD RED MEAT ON IT) AND SENT OUT MY FAKE SAUSAGE ON A PLATE CROSS CONTAMINATED BY HAM (THE MANAGER DIDN'T EVEN NOTICE THE CROSS CONTAMINATION UNITL I HAD TO POINT IT OUT!!!!) AFTER TELLING THE MANAGER I CAN'T HAVE RED MEAT HE CONTINUED TO BELITTLE ME AND STATE PORK IS NOT RED MEAT - YES YES IT IS, AND HE FINALLY ADMITTED TO IT AFTER HE SAID HE WENT TO THE BACK AND DID RESEARCH.

I HAVE HAD AN ALLERGIC REACTION TO THIS PLACE AND PLAN TO TAKE IT TO CORPORATE.

THIS HAPPENED 12/8 AROUND MID MORNING.

This location is so poorly staffed. They brought my food out and placed it down on the wrong table where the person at that table proceeded to take his fork and move the food around the plate stating that this was not what he ordered. They then literally tried to take that exact same plate and put it down on my table where I did send it back. The waitress came out, and I told her that I wanted to talk to a manager about it, and she told me that she overheard the manager say that they were gonna remake one of the orders. About two minutes later that manager walked out and knew absolutely nothing about what was going on, proceeded to walk through the back and then bring out the exact same plate that I sent back. I walked out, thank you for the free glass of water down orange juice

We had a great lunch and enjoyed shopping in the store!

It was a busy Sunday evening, so the service took a little bit longer than usual. We always enjoyed the atmosphere with all the old old decorations everybody's always very friendly.
I know cracker Barrel is known for their big portion of food. But maybe add on a small senior menu. The reason why I'm saying that is my mom does not eat that much and she's 90. Just the food for thought.

Was seated immediately, Sat just waiting, waiting, and waiting about 15 minutes a couple comes in seated in a different station. I work in food service , Busser gets their drinks immediately. Waited about 5 more minutes and left. They seemed overwhelmed and unorganized. Really wanted to try the food out. Not sure why this is saying North Las Vegas, This one was on Dean Martin.

I went with my daughter this past Saturday. There were a bunch of new kids there. The greeters looked like they didn't know what they were doing and it was frustrating. When I ordered my meal, the waitress gave me the exact same dish as my daughter, then told me I didn't order what I ordered. She tried to correct it, but I was pissed. I will go to the other location or another restaurant altogether because the quality has gone down a bit.

Overall it was good . Pancakes were cold and eggs were under cooked. I get it. Very busy! Server was very friendly and great.
I will be back . I’ll give it another chance. Thank you

Every time I eat there I am disappointed. Seems like the only food Cracker Barrel does well is breakfast. It’s a shame. I thought we’d give it one more shot but we were sad after our food came. Not sure what to say other than skip lunch or dinner at Cracker Barrel.
