I'd much rather write a positive review, but this is strike 3 for this food court DQ. I've been here 3 times, and all 3 times different machines were broken. That's a pattern of neglect that gets me on the review page. There's a storefront DQ across the freeway in good repair.

Waited for 5 minutes, nobody was there to take an order during business hours? Got in my car and drove 2 minutes to the next Dairy Queen.

The absolute worst DQ in the valley. Unbelievable lack of service

I ordered a hot fudge Sunday with extra fudge. When I asked why it looked like the fudge was scarce, the dude working there said it was at the bottom because it melted the ice cream. I flipped over the bottom with absolutely no trace of fudge there. So, not only did this "person" skimp on my fudge, but he didn't even put in what I paid for. Skip this place, keep your money in your pocket, and you will just get ripped off and lied to your face...

Somehow, we got routed to this one at a casino so we said whatever we’ll go inside. Wanted a banana Split, they don’t have any bananas, wanted a peanut buster parfait. They don’t have any peanuts. Do they have ice cream. Who knows.

The teenager running the place disappeared and later came back at 9:00pm and said “I’m closed”. The store is supposed to close at 9:30pm. This is not the first time this has occurred.

Walked up and the was a be back Momentarily sign. Called out to the back after 5 mins and the sole worker came out to let us know Momentarily meant half hour lunch break. So we went to Johnny Rockets and got $11 milkshakes. What is this world coming to?

My family and I have visited this Dairy Queen (DQ) many times due its location. It's rare to see this DQ very busy, which I can appreciate because I'm not a fan of standing in long lines. There is however, ample floor space to stand while you're waiting in line and/or waiting for your order in the event it does get busy. In the past, the service at this DQ has been up and down - sometimes the service is slow and employees aren't as personable; and majority of the other times, the service is impeccable. On 3 Sep 2023, my wife and I ate at one of the restaurants inside Aliante Hotel and Casino and felt like having a Blizzard for dessert so we went to this DQ only to realize that it wasn't open. Unless this DQ is nonstandard, the hours of operations that was specified online mentioned that it was open for business, so I'm not sure what was going on. There were other folks waiting in front of DQ because they thought the same thing. I didn't see any signs that specify, "closed on this Sunday only," or perhaps, "closed on the day before Labor Day?" However, there was a red sign on the counter that mentioned, "Will return momentarily." But I'm not sure how long that sign was posted...could've been from the night before or a week ago? Oh well, the temporary closure enabled us from any unwanted calories so I guess thanks for looking out for our health? For obvious reasons, I can't provide any additional comments from what I already mentioned above; however, I will add that the quality of their Blizzards in the past is standard compared to all other DQs in the Nation (that I've visited). I have no major issues with this DQ location except I'm hoping that this recent closure was indeed temporary.

They're orange. Julius machine was down so they made me a mock orange Julius and it was absolutely the worst small drink that I had for over $7 in my entire life. They need to really get their act together
