I just went there at 9pm today and the employees had the inside closed because the drive thru was busy they closed the inside due to them being all kids and lazy they don’t close the inside until 11:30

The people/kids working here suck real bad. They don’t have no personality at all, they have horrible attitudes and seem like they hate their job. They need more training forsure and if they don’t like their job they can go find another one because the service that was provided was terrible.

DQ on Craig Road in North Las Vegas Nevada don’t put cheesecake in the cheesecake blizzard and this is the 3rd time this has happened to me and I even paid extra money for more and still only had one piece crumbled in it. They are also rude and lack customer service

Online hours say 10am open. Posted hours say 10am open. Walked inside at 10:20am to dirty tables and a woman that said they were closed. When we told her we had a mobile order (because the APP said 10am open), she said "I know. But we're closed." She marked the order as complete instead of canceled, so we'll have to refund through the bank. Don't bother with this location.

We got to the store at 20:50, it should be open and the schedule says it doesn’t close until 23:00, but the door was locked. We saw people inside, one stood by the grill, the other one sat at the corner on the phone. We knocked at the door, no one answered. We waited for a minute or 2, still no one came open the door, so we left. The store doesn’t appear organized and clean to me, will not give it a second chance.

I always go to this location as it is the closest to me. I’ve never had a bad experience until tonight. I went through the drive thru and had a bad experience with an employee named “Damian” everything was fine until he handed us our blizzards. He did not flip over the cup and I said something about it because I noticed our blizzards were runny. When he handed the blizzards to us the were definitely runny and they spilled on my husbands pants and our car seats. He caught attitude and said it wasn’t runny so I handed it back to him and told him to flip it over which he did and then he said “ well now they are “. I asked him for napkins and asked him to please make a new one and he mumbled something and slammed the window shut. Some other employee who was a female handed us the new blizzard because Damian went to hide. I asked the female his name and asked for the store managers name which she acted like she didn’t hear and said “huh” and ignored me twice. She then said “ I THINK her name is Marylin”. I don’t know why they have these unprofessional teenagers working there if they can’t even have good customer service. I know they will have no consequences but they need to be taught some customer service if they will continue to work there.

I went thru the drive thru today on the way home, which is nowhere near this. I ordered a CHEESEBURGER with only ketchup, cheese curds, and a mini blizzard. When I got home and opened my food, they had given me a burger with ketchup, no cheese, and fries, no cheese curds. The blizzard was the only thing that was correct with this order. I would have expected this to be a lot better considering I waited almost 20 minutes for the food.
