Went to go grab some early lunch when this store was supposed to open. The opening time was listed online and on the door as 10:30am. We waited for 10 minutes for them to open and nothing. So we left. There was no note on the door or anything.

Beware!! You're Blizzard's empty in the middle!! The girl took a sppon and smoothed over the top to cover up the fact my blizzard w was actually almost half full. The middle was empty!! When I confronted the person at the window, they said it was because I ate it!! In the 1 minute while I waited for the other item we ordered(which was made wrong)??!! Seriously??!! I have always loved Dairy Queen, but we will NEVER go back to this one!! So rude!!

Poor service. Poor management. I run a restaurant with 2 people one in front and one in back and we get every customer taken care of within 6 mins or less. No wrong orders. Always cooked right. This place couldn’t say sorry for their mess up. Customers behind me had to grab their own food from behind counter. WILD. I wouldn’t come back here

Got cheeseburgers and the buns were cold and the cheese was like just taken out of refrigerator. I think the cook needs a lesson on making burgers. The chairs were still on top of the tables like they just opened. It was about 1:00 in the afternoon. I would guess owner should have a talk with the manager. This location is not ran well.

Manager argues with me about an item I ordered. They gave me melted ice cream. My order was not ready so they had me wait for about four minutes while they brought my order out to me. However, they made my ice cream item 1st and claimed they put it in the freezer. However, when they gave it to me, it was still melted and mushy and when I wanted to replace it, the manager argue with me Instead of fixing the situation .

Inflation has hit this place unreasonably hard. They've priced themselves out of value fast food into fast-casual pricing, while most fast-casual places have only modestly increased their prices. As far as this specific location goes, it's essentially drive-through only, unless you want to ring a doorbell and wait for an employee to let you inside. The past 3 times I've gone, which were not busy meal-time rushes, it's taken long enough to get my food (no more than 2 meals) that I've been made to park in front and wait an extra 10-15 minutes. Additionally, this location has been bad about being stingy with chicken strip sizes (i.e. if you order a 6 piece, it's common to get 2 normal sized chicken strips and then 4 chicken nugget-sized strips).

Team lead was very rude , would not serve me doing business hours, she yelled and refused to give me a manager #, I got there at 12:30 with 4 of my grandkids we walked into the unlock lobby stood there about 3min before as I know now the team lead yell to get out and the lobby was close but its 12:30doors been open for 2 hr now . It's not what u say but how u sat it . Need to teach the team lead customer service, I would have been more than welcome to use the drive thou if she had just talked nice ... very bad customer services experience ?

Horrible customer service, rude and disrespectful manager, who believes she’ll suffer zero consequences for her bad behavior. Welcome to adulthood where bad behavior is definitely punished. I’ve phoned corporate office simply due to the fact that Crystal did not want to give me the phone number to her boss. I normally avoid Dairy Queen as their wait times are ridiculous, I will never purchase food from any Dairy Queen ever again.

It's 6:30pm and the lobby is closed??? WTF? Who ever is managing or owns this DQ needs to be managing better. It's ridiculous to come to a fast food restaurant at 6:30 PM and the lobby is closed. Why? But if you read the reviews it appears they are doing this very often. I'm contacting their corporate office. I'm sure there is some rules to being a franchisee and operating hours.

This is what $6.70 will get you. A small sundae. I think McDonald's sundae could compete with this and it's $5 less. Disappointing for sure. Not worth the money.
