I gave it this rating because when I showed up today all doors were locked I knocked on the doors and no response I waited ten minutes still no answer. I left to go eat at in n out it was near by

If you are looking for warm food, there is a Carl's Jr across the street cuz this place ain't it. Waited 10 mins in the drive thru for cold chili cheese fries.
Like how do you serve cold chili cheese fries?....

This site has recently switched to a model where employees rely on customers to handle their own orders at kiosks rather than providing customer service. I was ignored when I came in, and because I was forced to make an order online, I didn't customize the order correctly. I thought I had removed lettuce from the 15 tacos I ordered, but I guess I didn't.
When I brought the order back to the counter, the employee checked the order through the screen and did not offer to correct them because it was my mistake.
If I had not been forced to create an online order due to being ignored, this would not have happened to begin with. Unsatisfied customer.

For the last 1 1/2 years I have been brining my kids to this del taco for taco Tuesday. In the last 6 months it has gotten really bad. So bad I'll drive out of my way to a different one. They moved to screens to order from they watched us for nearly 20 minutes with no word while we were quiet obviously having a hard time ordering it. The food came out wrong 15 snack tacos with lettuce. You make me do the work we make a mistake on a new system and you tell us we didn't order it write. The lady has seen us every week for a long time. My kids like the ritual of taco Tuesday but it looks like I need a new location.i selected it took 30 to 60 minutes to get order. This is because I am counting the time it took to place the order without their help.

Amazing customer service from Yasmin as it says on the receipt. I was 11 pm she absolutely amazing. She didn't looked stressed nor bothered, she was polite and educated. I enjoyed my food.

I’ve been obsessed with Del Taco’s green burritos since I was a kid. Now in my 30s, I still order them regularly, usually just the way they come. Tonight, I decided to treat myself and ordered them with extra green sauce and extra cheese, paying over $10 for burritos that used to cost around a dollar each.

To my surprise and frustration, what I received were the tiniest burritos I’ve ever gotten. I don’t understand how asking and paying for extra results in getting less. It felt like I was being completely ripped off.

I sent my husband back to have them remade because I refuse to settle for skimpy food I paid a premium for. While the remade burritos were better, it’s ridiculous that we even had to go through that.

Tonight was the final straw for me. After years of loyalty, I’m officially done with Del Taco. Customers shouldn’t have to chase down the quality they’re paying for.

I always want to hit a Del Taco whenever we visit this part of the country -- I love their normal hardshell tacos.

Before heading to the park, my wife and I decided to stop at Del Taco for a quick bite to eat. I scarfed down my three hardshell tacos and my wife had two soft shells and we split a drink. We were in and out in under 15 minutes. I made sure to tell the person behind the register how much I enjoyed my meal before we left and we headed out the door.

If we had these restaurants in Wisconsin I'd likely be eating there regularly. Highly recommended if you need a quick, tasty meal !

The two ladies working tonight both had smiles and made me feel welcomed in on my first ever visit.Even more the fries and burger was eatable and enjoyable. A++ Caring people at work.Best service I've gotten in along time.This took place a lil after 8;40 on Monday the 23rd!

I placed my order at 4:50pm and showed up to get my order at 5:18pm. It wasn't ready. We were asked to pull back for the timer and I see why. It took them 10 minutes to to get our meal. Good thing I checked before I pulled off, some food was missing. Get home and the fries are super cold, no sauces, no ketchup, no napkins and 2 straws for 4 drinks. I see why they were empty during rush hour on a Friday night. Let's get it together Deltaco

I went to Del Taco at 12:30 AM ordered a taco in a burrito combo and I was charged $28.75. The burrito was cold and pre-made. It look like and the taco was thrown together. Wrapped in a bag and a paper and crunched. And charge $28 I couldn't believe it. Usually I get good food there. I will never go there again. $28 for a big mess in cold food. There's much better choices read across the street
