When i called about an order that was marked delivered but hadnt arrived yet, the customer service was bad. They acted as if theyd never used a phone before and just sat in silence to the point i thought they couldn’t hear me. Then when they did speak, it was “ I think your order is on the way????” and they couldnt give me a straight answer.

says it’s open till 1am but closed at 12am. i usually order something late because i get out of work around this time and pick something on the way back home. but now i guess these night shift employees is lazy asf to stay an extra hour. if they can’t do it then get some new people who can work these times nd actually stay for the time the hours says so or change the hours.

To have someone show up with my food, windows down in the rain, not in a warm padded delivery bag and to have the dude stare me down until I walk away is f'd up! I already tipped 20% online and dude clearly is acting entitled to the fruits of my labor, by not just leaving after handing me my pizza.. I am not going to pay more than a 20% tip, 20% is already the accepted norm!!!

Placed an online order twice with them in the same hour. Money came out of my account 2x got an error message to call 702-633-7000 because there was a problem with my order. Clerk claims no orders received from us. Clerk on phone wasn’t helpful in resolving the issue, now I have to report a fraudulent transaction to my bank. Save yourself the trouble and order from somewhere else.
While reading other reviews it appears that they don’t take customer service seriously and you’ll never get a response. Plenty of other pizza places to order from.

Advertised if you order 2 medium pizzas dominos will automatically upgrade one to a large. This did not happen. I called and they blamed online ordering. Didn't try to help at all. I feel like I got ripped off. I ordered from Papa Johns and had no trouble. SHAME!!

I visited this store on 7/28/2024 and ordered a pizza and loaded tots. The woman making the pizza wa not wearing gloves or washing her hands as she was doing other tasks. She even answered the phone then went back to making a pizza with the same hands she used to pick up the phone. That is unsanitary and foul. This location needs the health department to come in and speak with their employees. That's my next call . . .

Ordered carryout so I wouldn't have to wait for my order to get cooked an everything would be fresh ...got there an they messed up my order said they could credit me if I took the messed up pizza or I could just wait for a new one with no credit young lady was nice she asked manager Carlos and he said I get nothing for there mistake an acted as if he didn't care I now had to wait for pizza I already order....she's give me something

I am writing to express my serious concern regarding the dangerous behavior exhibited by one of Domino's delivery drivers. On July 27, 2024,on Washburn next to shells gas station, I was driving home with my 1-year-old child in the car when I encountered a Domino's delivery vehicle driving recklessly.

The driver, who appeared to be a male wearing a hat and driving a what looked to be a black Honda, was swerving erratically from left to right on the road. This reckless behavior nearly caused him to hit child on the street and then almost collide with my car.

In addition to the dangerous swerving, the driver was blasting loud music and seemed to be dancing while driving. This level of distraction and negligence is extremely alarming, especially considering the potential risk to other drivers and pedestrians. I felt compelled to start recording his behavior, at which point he noticed and momentarily ceased his reckless actions.

As a concerned customer and a parent, I am deeply troubled by this incident. The safety of your drivers and the general public should be a top priority, and this driver's conduct was far from acceptable. Immediate action needs to be taken to address this matter and ensure such incidents do not occur in the future.
