I walked in to pick up my pizza and observed an employee eat off a pizza that was made and placed with the rest of the orders that were being picked up. I corrected the employee at the moment, of course. I was frustrated because that's just gross to eat off a customer pizza. The employees instantly because defensive and stated, "That's extra pizza, and we are allowed to do that." Isaiah, who identified himself as the assistant manager, yelled at me and sarcastically said,"So do you want your pizza or not? " You coming in hear yelling at us. If you don't want your pizza, then you can leave. Not to mention, there were other associates who were talking aggressively towards me. I left the store, and the pizza the employee at off of was still sitting with the orders that were ready.

Safety and Sanitation! Hand washing sink is blocked by an overflowing trash can and cardboard boxes. The worker retrieving pizza is on her cellphone, scratching her back underneath her shirt, drinking water from a plastic cup, and wiping her mouth her bare hands. Not one person is wearing gloves at all handling money, food preparation, and trash. I'm afraid to eat my food. They need a refresher course in food safety and cross contamination.

I stopped at this location as it was on my way home from work, & I was very surprised at how it wasn’t busy, but yet the cooks in the back who prepares the pizza dough and the penne noodles both had there Apple earbuds in while working. I know right, what does that have to do with anything,…. Well that wasn’t the problem, the problem is when they both touched on the uncooked food (pizza dough & penne pasta) & then touched there apple devices, one being his cell phone and the other his earbud, I immediately lost my appetite and walked out of the store. They need to do better with proper handling of food and personal items. Thats Cross contamination for me ? if you go here please pay attention to the cooks in the back!

Location is right next to a Starbucks where I was hanging out. So before heading back to the hotel, I ordered on the app from next door, kept up on the app order progress, picked up a small pepperoni and olive with cheesy bread (which I adore). Food was good. Staff busy but helpful. Store is well kept and super convenient. Good experience.

It’s the second time in less than one weekWe ordered a pizza and taked more than a hour to deliver it. I live less than 2 miles from domino.I was told the first time that they were short hand for delivery, what? They could at least let me know and I could go and get it.So again we got our pizza cold unbelievableVery disappointed

Susan the store manager made us have a terrible experience at domino's ordering a delivery we waited an hour then called to check on our order she then told us there 4 orders ahead of ares and it hasn't even been put in the oven yet and she said she's not required by law to call customers waiting for over an hour and then proceeded to ask if we would like to come make the pizza. Horrible service from the store manager I wouldn't recommend. 0 stars if the option was there

Waited an hour before calling to check on my order and to find out my pizza wasn't in The oven and there were more orders ahead of mine. She said there's nothing she can do and that I can come in and make the pizza myself. So I asked if I could have a refund and to cancel my order she said okay and try to rush me off I told her I had a free pizza with my rewards. she can only do a store credit and nothing for my wait and a 3 day refund. She then said I can come in myself to make the pizza. So this is who they hire for "management" Susan the store manager
