Ordered the NY style pizza to go. I didn't think I needed to check it since it was correct on my bill. Got it home and it was definitely not NY style. Called the store 3 times to speak with the manager. I explained the problem and said I was coming back for the right one. No apology. Went in and saw him. Again, no apology. And then he started to walk away. I said " I got the wrong pizza AND I had to drive all the way back. The least you could do is apologize. He said I'm sorry about that. Too little too late. I believe his name is Craig Hamilton. Very poor customer service!

EXTEMELYYYYYY ANNOYING EXPERIENCE. Jacob is very unprofessional. i ordered online at 4:44 and he pretended i had no order until he finally asked my last name and magically he saw the order receipt and then told me it wasnât ready at 5pm. i waited until 5:17 to go to the counter as another man searched for my order and asked Jacob where is was and he told the man âi dont know ive never seen that order beforeâ so i let the man know it was actually jacob that told me my order was in the oven. he acted like he didnât care and was throwing stuff on the ground the entire time i was there and slamming stuff. i finally got my order at 5:40

Today I ordered three pizzas and some breadsticks My son received the order and as always he brings me the receipt with the pin, so I can sign it. My son states while Iâm in the mist of signing and writing a tip amount. Mom the driver said (CAN I HAVE A TIP) I thought that was unprofessional and it should be my choice whether I was going to give a tip or not and I did leave a tip Because thatâs what I do. After I sent my son downstairs, I was confused and appalled So I decided to called the store to make persons in charge aware of the situation and when I called I ask to speak to a manager. He said he was the manager, and I expressed to him what I experience and he told me that the driver doesnât speak English. I have footage of this man talking at my front door it was Perfect English so the manager basically called me a liar and lied to me. I have a doorbell camera thank you Sir! You lose credibility and trust with this customer? God bless youâŠ
