Don Tortaco Mexican Grill

I bought 3 chicken tacos that barely had any meat. The sour cream cost more than the taco. I would not go back for lettuce tacos.

Food was absolutely horrible. More red sauce than food. Asked for only 3 tamales and got the 2 tamale plate with beans and rice. The beans were real watery, definitely not refried beans. Spent $50 for the worst food I have had in a long time.

I do not recommend going to this place. ordered beef nachos with no beans and jalapeños...there's only a few pieces of beef and put spicy stuff on my nachos and burnt my tongue bec. of spiciness...never again going back to this place...paid a fair amount but didn't give the right amount of serving...really frustrated about my order.

It's the one on Ann road North Las Vegas. It's the worst one I've ever been to ,bad service& food doesn't compare to the others. I may have been to them all in Vegas, too. shy/slim on food amounts sometimes, broken shells, like in half even, and your box when opened is all over the place

Whoever the cook is at work today. Should be fired for serving cold food. Waited 15 min as normal, but the food looks like it's been sitting there for a while.

They over charge gleefully! where do they charge for onions and cilantro? Thats like a burger joint charging for salt and pepper. theres better but not the place across the street they suck too...No recomendoooo

Today I bought a stuffed chili burrito but they only put beans with yellow cheese in it.

It was about 2 AM When I came to this gas station location. The cashier was a nice gentleman. I ordered 2 Connie aside a tocos I didn't want anything too furfilling But just enough to hit the spot so I don't get too sleepy, So that's what I ordered. The Cashier offered that they have a sale going because it's Tuesday. So he offered that does a special for chicken tacos.That they're a little bit smaller.But they would probably fulfill my appetite. So I decided to go with the order of 3 of them. Seeing that it was 2 AM and I was looking for a good little meal before starting work.I was a little disappointed when I received my food. It seemed like the food was made fresh, But when I received myit was, the show was extra hard and they were literally 90% filled with lettus A little bit of the remaining was chicken that look like it have been burnt Because it was dark brown and hard and/or they just simply gave me the bottom of the barrel. Correct me if I'm wrong.But chicken is supposed to look super light brown and soft. After I took a bite, I had to spit it out. After I opened it, that's what I discovered. So it's a catch-22 if you say something and get new tacos with the what if theory happens to my new food in the process as seen on TV When you see employees sabotaging your food. Because you complained. So I'd rather share my story than to receive sabotage food. I said that to say all employees who work in the food industry, no matter the time of the hour or day, food should always be served at its best quality, Because that's how you receive a longevity customer thur there hunger for a well maid meal. If you take care of the customer the right way, the business will take care of itself Without longevity profit loss.

This "USED" to be my favorite place to eat when coming to Las Vegas. I ordered a Chicken Torta today which tasted like TUNA. The chicken looked old and the bread was hard. It was horrible. After one bite I almost gaged so I threw it away.My wife ordered (3) buttermilk pancakes. She was given (1) small plastic container half way filled with syrup to spread on all three pancakes. I asked the cashier if I could have another syrup, and she just about bit my head off. She reluctantly tossed it to me and told be there would be a $1.00 fee for another one. The pancakes were still doughy in the middle and tasted weird.All I know is that I will NEVER go there again, #1 food bad, #2 Grouchy and money hungry cashier, #3 Poor customer service #4 Takes to long to get your food!A few years ago I gladly referred family and friend to eat there, but now, "BUYERS BE WHERE! HORRIBLE PLACE TO EAT...
