This location has the absolute worst service manager saw me standing at counter and walked past me twice to tell me someone will take my order. Waited 15 minutes for a coffee after being forgot about 2 times.

Went yesterday for an iced latte..paid for and ordered oat milk, got regular milk and have been sick all night and this morning. Rude male who didn’t even notice my payment didn’t go through…had to chase him down to pay. Now that I’m sick I wish I would have just left without paying. Ordered large coffee and 6 stale donuts and paid $18… I’m no psychic but I have a feeling this location won’t last much longer, and the employees who dont want to be there won’t have to be haha
Store was completely empty. They definitely don’t get repeat customers. You can tell which reviews here are fake. Employee treated me like I was interrupting his genius work or something 😂 but yeah if someone is willing to pay a lot more for alternative milks, there’s probably a reason behind that. Messed up. Will be sick until tomorrow. Thanks bro bro
I've been going to this location for the last 15 years and today it was the worse service ever, they got to stop hiring kids to do these type of food services. Today I wasn't acknowledged once I got there even if the worker looked at me 4 times. After I ordered, I got my food in 5 mins but then I had to wait about 40 mins for 2 coffee drinks. It was an unbelievable day, that even customers was about to go into a fist fight with several workers. Unprofessional

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️ Big shout out to the employees at this location — they were so friendly and kind! The service was quick, the atmosphere was welcoming, and this is honestly one of the best Dunkin’ spots I’ve been to.

I get more rude employees at the drive-thru at this location than I do the nice employees. I've gotten enough rude cashiers at that window that I prefer to order Dunkin' delivered just to avoid talking to whoever's staffed at that intercom. Totally unpleasant customer service.
