This place needs new management/ employees. Every time we order here there is something wrong w the food. People who work here aren’t aware of nothing or gaf.

I don’t usually do this but this time I have to. Ordered on the Mobile app 20 mins ahead of time, get there and not have your order ready. Got my coffee after awhile and was still sitting waiting in the drive thru for my food, to the point where I literally just left without my food. I’m not the one to complain I usually just sit and wait but today I literally had to leave without my food. It took that long…coffee was fine well made but can’t be sitting around when one uses the mobile app to avoid all that…and by sitting around I mean sitting around over 10mins in the drive thru. Had the cars behind me honking at me as if I was the issue holding up the line. This was Friday morning around 9:30am

Jesus. What a knife wound this place is. Wait times for food exceed a 15 - 20min wait.
order isn't complete either. How the hell is America "Running" on Dunkin when we can't get what we order ahead of time on your app that you force us to use.

If you want to get yelled at for asking if they something equivalent to a Frap then definitely come here.(Being sarcastic) First time here so wasn’t sure about the menu, the girl over the drive through was VERY RUDE. She kept insisting that I wanted an ice coffee instead of a blended drink. Crazy thing is there is a frozen drink section on their menu and she kept saying they don’t have such thing. After going back and forth, she put in the drink. Point of this is, do better with costumer service.

This location never fails. Last visit was ridiculous. So I haven’t been there for breakfast in a while. I tried to see if they got better. Never mind. Do not come this place in the morning. How can you run busy morning 7:30 ~ 8:00 am only 2 staffs working. I preordered online. But I had to sit at the store another 20 more minutes. Totally it took 30 damn minutes for my coffee, bagel and donuts. Their customer service sucks. Never had enough people working. As much as I love Dunkin. They all sucks in Vegas. I may be stop coming. Never feel good after the visit. I hate it.

This location just sold us old doughnuts I have little kids and they didn't even want them and the have a smell. No refund policy this why people are making there food at home now

we asked for white cheese for the bacon, egg and cheese on a croissant and they give us yellow and they didn’t even melt it so we told them what happened and they just switched it out and it was rock soled and we told them at the window and they still didn’t care and they have a attitud

I love dunkin donuts..but this location sucks. First off, they do a poor job making their donuts..many times i came here and got donuts with hardly any fillings, or little to no frosting, sometimes the frostings are poorly spread, also either their the box had gotten bigger or their donuts are getting smaller. There were times also when the donuts i got were hard as a rock.. Also everytime i go to the drive thru and tell them that i would like to pick the dozen donuts..they make you feel that its such a hassle..there were even few times that they told me i cant pick out the donuts if i go to the drive thru..and today i felt i was being scolded and told that if i say assorted..it means they pick out the donuts and not me.. I mean theres pinkbox and krispykreme just a block away from this place but i still chose to go to dunkin donuts because of the bavarian cream and maple frosted..but if things dont change in this store..i might just start going to krispy kreme or pink box instead..which my kids and my wife prefer anyways.
