i always come here but today made me not want to go back the supervisor on duty was very rude i had order a chai latte with other items and yet got everything else but my chi latte and that was the first thing i order and she did not even add it to the order wanted me to wait longer for she can make it it was not my mistake and still wanted me to wait a while for it when it was her mistake she was the one who took the order she even repeated when i order the chai yet didn't even bother to add it to my order never coming back they need to get better staff supervisor sucks

Ask for light ice , they dont care . They make sure they fill the cup up with ice . Will not be going back . The workers are just blah . Wasn't greeted, no smile , no nothing . What a miserable place . I have to say the best Dunkin in the valley is on Las Vegas Boulevard ( by the south premium outlet mall) Don't know why that one is cheaper too. DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME GOING HERE 👎

If I could give a zero, I will would unfortunately that’s not a choice. I’ve been going to this place for the past year and it’s just getting worse. The customer service is horrible. The ladies in the window it seems like they’re pissed off that you’re even there the staff is not the same staff that was before They’re constantly moving people and it’s just becoming worse and this is the disgusting bagel. They gave me today not even the whole cream cheese spread.

The cashier was disrespectful and saying I need to get out after only sitting in the establishment. For 5 minutes. After I let them know I have transfer money over it would take a few minutes. And then he started getting snappy with me. Then I said wow that's unbelievable. And walked out. And then the cashier yelled on the intercom this conversation is being recorded 🙄 😑 so everyone outside of the building could hear. DISRESPECTFUL CASHIERS UNACCEPTABLE. -10 STARS between 11:18am to 11:25am this happened not ok. And all the cashier were jumping on the conversation 🙄 😒 😐 😑 never order a thing.

Not allowed to customize donut selection from the drive thru, you have to go inside. They never have glazed donuts. Where I used to live, Dunkin was the best tasting donuts in town. I las Vegas every donut including Dunkin is disappointing. Well, I might be wrong about that since I have yet to taste a glazed donut from this location and I haven't tried any other Dunkin locations yet.

It happens to be my birthday today, and instead of cake, I wanted my favorite donut, the Boston cream filled. As soon as I drove up to the speaker to order, a friendly voice greeted me. Miguel made me feel like family by joking with me and giving me a good laugh. He made my birthday even more special. Miguel truly is an A++ employee! Thank You Miguel! The donuts really are the best and I will definitely be back

This has to be the only Dunkin’ Donuts where they don’t add the créeme cheese on your bagel, lots of times they even forget to give you a knife so you can do it yourself.
