DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID AT ALL COST. It's insane to me that I need to change my previous review that I made, as it was made 6 years ago, and this place has significantly gone downhill. Not only do they ALWAYS get orders wrong, but they COMPLAIN when it's wrong, as if it is your fault. The staff are extremely disrespectful and need to find different employment because they are clearly not in the right place. They will talk bad about you in the back yet still audible, get mad at you when they made the order wrong, and have a bad temper when you confront them about it. I always spit the drinks out as they somehow manage to make it taste like tangy rotten garbage. This place needs a whole new staff and management, I don't understand how it's still open. One employee in particular was using wired earbuds while interacting with food and drinks! She also loves to cause problems and escalates situations due to her poor temper. This place needs to be readjusted with different people IMMEDIATELY!

I didn’t want to leave this review but I have too. COUNT AND LOOK AT YOUR CHANGE YA’LL when this location gives it back to you. We are usually in here every weekend and never really have any issues with this location. The kid who usually takes our order he is AWESOME! He knows us well enough now that we don’t have to tell him what we want because he sees us and just punches our order into the system but today.. I made the mistake of going through the drive thru to get my weekend guilty pleasure drink (dunkin refresher) and my husbands cup of coffee and granted I should have paid attention to the sign that they don’t take $50 bills but I didn’t and handed the girl the money and she hands me back $2 and some change. At this point I just had a WTF moment! I got the girls attention to let her know and not only did she catch a sorry attitude with me but was smug about it and wanted to ARGUE and said I gave her $10 a bill! That right there set me off even more. She REFUSED to look in the register to confirm so I had to get the manager involved and GUESS WHAT WAS IN THEIR REGISTER... A $50 BILL! I don’t play with my money and I know what I’m handing people especially these kids. A lot of these kids today are.. just woof.. I don’t trust a lot of them. When the girl was proven wrong after arguing and trying to make me look stupid, rolling her eyes and everything else with me do you think she owned up to the mistake and admitted she was wrong? NOPE! Not even a “I’m sorry” but she did pull the classic walk away move. I can at least respect someone who admits to a screw up.
Ya’ll need to do better! I’m now wondering how many have gotten short changed (understatement in my case) from this location. If it costs $43 for a Dunkin refresher and medium coffee we’re all SCREWED! PAY ATTENTION and learn the DIFFERENCE between a $10 bill and $50 bill and don’t act like the customer is trying to pull a fast one. I didn’t appreciate that move (you didn’t say it but you showed it). Nevada public school system is really doing wonders for these kids I see 🙄.. Things like this will make me leave a business alone real quick.

OK, so I am going to vent today!!! I have been going to Dunkin’ Donuts for about four months now almost daily, sometimes twice a day. I usually go through the drive-through once in a while I will go into the dining area. Normally I don’t have any problems. I’ve been to Dunkin’ Donuts in multiple states and they’re generally the same. since I’ve been back home, I’ve been going to the same location daily and for some reason every time I go something has been wrong with my order. Today, I have just been fed up!!! With the cost of food being sky high I’m at the point where I should just start making these $4 loaded hashbrowns at home. Do I like them? Yes, when they’re made correctly. They’re supposed to come with queso cheese and bacon….oh by the way you only get nine of the round hash browns. In the picture that I post let me know where the queso cheese is. Go to another location you say….. I would definitely do that and I have tried to do that. The next closest location never has skim milk in stock which is the type of milk that I drink.

I came here while a bunch of family was visiting out-of-town and wanted to bring them a nice spread for brunch/lunch. Destani was the one who helped and she. was. AMAZING. So patient, so helpful, had lots of suggestions with some of my dietary restrictions & suggestions to have a variety for grab and go options, sit down sandwiches and a dozen donuts to snack on all day long. Destani recommended the new energizing drinks WERE SOO DELICIOUS! Will certainly buy again for myself. She suggested their ice coffees with all sorts of different flavorings shot (sugar-free & reg). Was 110% fulfilled in this trip. My family had a great brunch day, gathering around just chatting, Destani definitely help make this visit so special for us. THANK YOU, Destani! Will be back! <3
