I ordered a dozen donuts. Half the donuts were wrong and they gave us maple donuts instead of what we ordered. My family HATES maple. We also ordered two breakfast sandwiches with white cheddar and they gave us American cheese on both. We didn't realize this until we had arrived at our destination and we couldn't turn around and go back as it was a far drive each way and there was no time to go back and fix their mistakes. We were never told about any availability issues while we sat at the window for several minutes. Never going back here.

I was picking up an uber eats order at about 5am on Saturday and when I entered the restaurant I was not greeted. I waited around 5 minutes before finally pressing the bell, confused that nobody had acknowledged me yet. Another minute or two later a woman, I’m assuming the manager, came out with another employee (it looked like she was being trained). The older employee glared at me and told me they were making my order and I replied “I just want to be acknowledged” and she glared at me again and continued to ignore me while talking to the other employee. I’ve been a fast food shop manager before and if I were in charge I’d fire that employee/manager? Immediately. Worst customer service I have ever personally received.

It's Dunkin Donuts; they're always good. Yummy coffee. Great donuts. However, I'm saddened to report they discontinued my fav: Chocolate Kreme🥺🥺, about 6-months ago!!

Ordered online. More than once (5 times to be precise over $120 in orders I've had to give it throw away) I've called and they have messed up my order. They tried blaming Uber Eats for them screwing up my order (I ordered without cheese and there was clearly cheese on my order) I know that the delivery driver has nothing to do with the staff being incompetent. When I called the girl said there is nothing that they can do. Order somewhere else, they'll get it right. If I could give zero stars I would. Never ordering from this location again

The service at this Dunkin' Donuts is BEYOND DISRESPECTFUL! If you want to make any customizations to your order, be prepared to deal with attitudes! This facility is ran by rude children, who clearly hate their jobs and the customers they serve. After being provided with rude service, I was only given one of my drinks. I wait at the window and get met with a female with a horrible attitude! While I am trying to explain that I am waiting for my drink, she yells at me and snatches the receipt! Instead of her changing her attitude because she was clearly wrong, since she hadn't given me both my drinks, she doubles down! Slams the door in my face while saying rude things! I was beyond pissed and wanted my money back, but decided to drive away to not cause a further scene! This crew needs to be trained on customer service!

Firstly, I've been to this place many times before. On this occasion service was subpar. I've always known fast food service can be inconsistent because of employee turn around and commitment. I'm not expecting 5 Star service but at the very least a neutral demeanor would suffice. The drive through lady seemed agitated that I was ordering food and when we politely asked her to add more creamer to our coffee [it had a miniscule amount] she did not seem happy. I get it we all have bad days, but this was unwelcoming. Even after all that, there were other things wrong with the order, we just decided to leave. We may give this place another chance but not anytime soon.

I normally drink starbucks but I wanted something different. Im SO happy I stopped . I got a strawberry dragon fruit lemonade refresher & a apple pie . My drink was SO delicious & my apple pie was so warm & yummy . Big shout out to Kimberly for all her help . She was so kind & helpful .

DO NOT GO HERE!! AVOID AT ALL COST. It's insane to me that I need to change my previous review that I made, as it was made 6 years ago, and this place has significantly gone downhill. Not only do they ALWAYS get orders wrong, but they COMPLAIN when it's wrong, as if it is your fault. The staff are extremely disrespectful and need to find different employment because they are clearly not in the right place. They will talk bad about you in the back yet still audible, get mad at you when they made the order wrong, and have a bad temper when you confront them about it. I always spit the drinks out as they somehow manage to make it taste like tangy rotten garbage. This place needs a whole new staff and management, I don't understand how it's still open. One employee in particular was using wired earbuds while interacting with food and drinks! She also loves to cause problems and escalates situations due to her poor temper. This place needs to be readjusted with different people IMMEDIATELY!
