I love how happy these people are here I would prefer to go to this place I told them what happened to me at Starbucks on Martin Luther King and Lake Mead. I told him about how they spit in my drink so I started coming here and they were super friendly and nice with me. I suggest everyone comes to Dutch Brothers instead of Starbucks Starbucks has customers that go through a lot and employees that are very aggressive and will spit in your drink so come to Dutch Brothers instead they’re much more understanding and patient.

Terribly LONG wait! I arrived at 3:15, and left at 3:45. There were probably 6 cars ahead of me, which should be so much less of a wait time for a drive thru. Drinks are always well made, service is decent, but fix your drive thru wait times!

I'm not a coffee person so I barely come here but when I do I get a smoothie and it's the best smoothie ever. Service here sometimes takes a while but it's always friendly and they like to talk to you.I'm not a fan of the 3 car lanes to 1 window though, only bad comment.Overall great place.

The process is much too slow. It is very painful. The people are nice they ask you for a tip and then they give you the worst service you could ever dream on. It took me 25 minutes in line to get a drink. It's crazy but the product I like.
