I went on Thursday, the 26th, around 6 PM. There were two baristas working, and there was no line. When we got to ordering, one of the baristas, who had blonde highlights in her hair, gave us attitude and was incredibly rude as we tried to place our order. When we received our drinks, they had gotten one of the sizes wrong, so we politely asked for the correct size. The barista taking the orders became visibly upset and started raising her voice at us just for asking for the correct size. We even offered to pay the difference, but she continued to be rude. In the end, she handed the drink to us in such a careless way that it almost spilled in our car. Overall, it was a horrible experience.

i go here pretty much right before every shift at taco bell the next door neighbor and i work nights so i need something to keep me up and the people here are so sweet and kind and i try to tip when i can but they work so hard and they are so energetic and sweet and just amazing
There is good service here and the Dutch Bros staff is accommodating. I ordered a "limited" fall season coffee called Cookie Butter blended freeze. It is super delectable! It's like eating a cookie mixed into your cold coffee. The cookie butter drizzle and soft top cream makes this a good treat.
