Super slow service. No idea where staff is. It’s 9:30 in the morning been here since 9:05. Ridiculous. There were only 5 cars in front of me. Starbucks is quicker AND they have more food options. Insane.

I ordered 3 drinks at this location and specifically asked for 2 extra shots in each drink, I don't think they ever put the extra shots in the drinks because everyone got sleepy shortly after drinking them. Quite unfortunate because the person that took my order seemed very helpful.

Incredibly slow service. There's ten cars in line, it's 9:25 in the morning. I don't understand how it is taking so long to service us. We've been waiting for 20 minutes in line. Ridiculous.

Wow. Just wow& no not in a good way. I'm very saddened and upset this morning about the service and coffee my partner& I were served twice. The snarkiness from the staff here, first off, I understand you're young& believe you are always correct but listen to what the customer wants& learn to explain& satisfy, not just go with what you think you know. My partner& I ordered 'The Bob' as a blended& a '911' with almond milk. I understand the 911 as a whole comes with "6" shots of coffee but if I'm asking you to give me more Irish cream instead, do that. My partner asked for blended the first& second time. Both times we got just iced. Ended up leaving it there. Do better.

30 minutes in the drive thru and there’s no way to exit.Edit* Took 45 minutes to get my drink. Again, no place to exit the drive thru. Was not expecting to be the 8th car on the line and wait 45 minutes. Also, it’s pretty concerning that while I’m in the drive thru, there are homeless on the tables yelling “f the police” and yelling how the police can suck on his genitals. A very welcoming Dutch bros.
