Whoever cooking the chicken here need to be fired chicken is never done chicken don’t post to be rubbery and tough to get off the bone

This location is by FAR my favorite one!!! The staff is always friendly, and just right now I came in to get my free double chicken tostado, and I asked th manager Jose G. If he could add a little more chicken, and he was so kind and had a big smile, if you love El Pollo Loco, please its worth the drive to come to this location!!! And youll leave with a full belly and a smile yourself

They have a big problem with the hygiene at this place

I went there and we waited a long time and they everyone that was new in line would get there food right away and when we told them about it they said they deleted the order and bad service too they weren’t nice either if I could I would give it less then 1 star, I’m never coming back

Food tasted amazing and I received it fairly quick. I would definitely recommend them to anyone that wants good food.

Anthony the Manager was amazing!!! We ordered 18 crunchy tacos. They told us to park at the corner since food wasn't ready yet. He came outside and apologize for the delay and offered free drinks and chips and guacamole. Even brought some churros while we waited. We understood it was a large order or crunchy tacos so did not mind waiting. Did not end up waiting that long. Roughly about 20 min.

Normally I don't have an issue with this location but today was bad. I ordered flour tortillas with my pollo bowl instead of chips but got chips anyway and no tortillas. I received 2 containers of green salsa for a pollo bowl, 2 piece meal, and 2 burritos. The 2 piece meal came with a salad for a side and didn't receive any dressing. My queso blanco burrito tasted gross. I'm not sure if they accidentally put some sauce in there or if they gave me chicken that had been marinating in sauce. Either way it was gross. Tasted like chipotle sauce which I don't like but I had to eat the burrito anyway because my lunch time was over and I had to go back to work. If I had literally anything to eat at work even a snack I would have just ate that and thrown the burrito away but unfortunately I had to eat it. I gave 3 stars and not less because like I said this location is usually good but today it was just awful.
Update - Took another star off. just went to this location again today 08/25/24 and was disappointed again. My double chicken tostada barely had any rice and even less beans. I'm not sure if I just keep getting someone's else's order or if this location has just gone downhill. I'm very annoyed. Management, maybe this is a training issue. Maybe not. But maybe you guys should look into it to make sure paying customers get what they actually order.

I have to admit, the atmosphere was a bit off. The self-payment option and hospitality didn't quite meet my expectations. The food was just average.
