Customer service was on point from the time I walked in. The food was drained so bomb 😳, and the atmosphere at the time was nice and calm for me especially being on my lunch break.

We walked in to workers not really working but talking. We put the order in on the kiosk. We waited and looked as no one was even preparing our order, too bzz conversating among themselves . When one of the guys looked over from drive thru, he asked if we were being helped. Told him didnt think anyone preparing our order. He looked at them and said oh they're working on it. However, the guy working just stepped over to read our order and then started it. Chicken breast dry as wood, wing was so charred, I had to ask for another. Lastly the salad dressing was simply bring it had so much salt. We used to love this place, but not encouraged to go back .I see several reviews regarding dry chi Ken. Someone needs to care about it.

Paying almost 11 dlls for this empty burritos. Other locations usually have more chicken. It was mostly rice and beans

They gave me burnt chicken I asked for double and this what I was given and then I asked for extra chicken and that was still burnt as well and the avocado looks old it's disappointing 22 dollars for a drink and this .

Ernest is so kind and patient. He figure out the new ordering system and using my code. The restaurant was clean. Only 3 stars due to the tostada I received. It only 5 pieces of chicken on it and there was no beans and skimpy on the rice. The whole tostada was lettuce. They raised the prices and got skimpy on the ingredients. And the little chicken I got was dry. Very disappointing. I only ate half my food because it was all lettuce. The service though was great. Only complaint is the food.

my girlfriend said they thought she was a man and stalked them in the rest room they tall but dang, anyway we got some yummy chicken yesterday and took a giant poopie in the bathroom no stalking this time, it was great, rice staff too
