The food was drained so bomb 😳, and the atmosphere at the time was nice and calm for me especially being on my lunch break.

We walked in to workers not really working but talking. We put the order in on the kiosk. We waited and looked as no one was even preparing our order, too bzz conversating among themselves . When one of the guys looked over from drive thru, he asked if we were being helped. Told him didnt think anyone preparing our order. He looked at them and said oh they're working on it. However, the guy working just stepped over to read our order and then started it. Chicken breast dry...

Ernest is so kind and patient. He figure out the new ordering system and using my code. The restaurant was clean. Only 3 stars due to the tostada I received. It only 5 pieces of chicken on it and there was no beans and skimpy on the rice. The whole tostada was lettuce. They raised the prices and got skimpy on the ingredients. And the little chicken I got was dry. Very disappointing. I only ate half my food because it was all lettuce. The service though was great. Only complaint...
