This was my second visit. The first time was great, so I was really looking forward to coming back. Unfortunately, cashier Carlos Lopez completely ruined this experience.
When I arrived, Carlos glared at me for several minutes before finally asking for my name. I told him “Chaz.” Ten minutes later, he handed me the wrong order (a salad with dips instead of the chicken meal and burritos I ordered). When I politely told him it wasn’t mine, he insisted I said my name was “Char.” He then aggressively snatched the salad out of my hands and set it aside for the correct customer—after I had already touched it, which is a food safety issue.
From there, he refused to help me further and told his coworker to prepare my food, even stating my name was “Lenny.” This caused Armando to mistakenly prepare Lenny’s order and try to hand it to me. When I corrected him again, Armando gave Carlos a look as Carlos laughed. To make matters worse, Carlos went into the kitchen mocking and repeating my name in a disrespectful way.
Thankfully, Armando handled my actual order with professionalism and kindness, but Carlos’s behavior was rude, unprofessional, and completely unacceptable.
Overall, good food but Carlos needs to go work for Republic Services with that kind of garbage attitude.

I went to el pollo loco on loose and I ordered a $5.99 chicken bowl. I get home to see that most of my rice in the bowl is super hard, I feels like I was chewing on glass. I really hope someone does something about this so for the next customer they won’t have the same problem I did.

They advertise fire grilled chicken, but in reality it is chicken in some kind of a broth. I ordered the fitbull salad and they put two scoops of this chicken in a broth, ended up being a salad soup, so disappointed and so disgusting

Staff is so unfriendly honestly, they seem extremely busy and can’t keep up with orders. Probably under staffed. Don’t recommend dropping by unless you’re desperate
