When I see the kiosks I know you don’t care one shit about your customers. Lucky for you your staff was kickass ass Adrian I’d hire at my business any day of the week. Stop being shit heads give the customers service with live people or just close your doors so the good employees can be hired

If asked to rate only the food, I am certain these restaurants would earn five stars. Unfortunately, there will always be service & atmosphere attached to "how" you receive your order, and this will always influence the "taste" of your food. Service was not welcoming (robotic & not flexible), and rude (very snappy & clipped responses in the drive thru, prompting me to go into the restaurant), at best in these North Las Vegas locations ?. I would like to think this was a "freak" occurrence at these two locations, and not the standard at most. By the way, this was my FIRST time ever at El Pollo Loco.? Very disappointing!

Very slow service and food not ready or all that great. Bathrooms were out of soap. Manager on duty did not show any urgency of serving me. I would not have put tortillas in with chicken this way.

Ordered one burrito asked three separate times no guac and cabbage my whole order was one burrito two sides and a drink that’s it. my burrito had guac and cabbage when I got home I called just to let them know they got it wrong still as soon as they pick up I ask for manager the hung up on me twice the young man who answered . So 1 star this el pollo loco sucks bad customer service can’t get the order right and won’t make it right I’ll never go back .

When this location first opened, the service and the food was amazing. Not anymore. Drive through workers no longer verify your order. And my last order, two classic tostado salads, was awful. The chicken was so overcooked that the salads both smelled like peanut butter and some of the chicken pieces were inedible.

They shorted me food after asking 3 times if it was all there.This one is notorious for messing up orders that have more than one item.Ridiculous,,at least Roberto’s dosnt screw up the order.
