I visited last night during dinner. I ordered a family meal and there was a wait. The store was understaffed ( i believed) and I believe my order was forgotten. But what I appreciate is the staff acknowledging the mishap and making it right. I didn't wait much longer than expected and the food was good as expected. But I really appreciate the staff for their good customer-service.

I come to this one because it’s the closest one to my house and they can never get my order right, and when I tell them it’s wrong; they just scrape whatever it is I didn’t want off the top. Ridiculous, and they only take one car at a time. You’re better off going to another location. They truly do not care about customer service.
