My favorite breakfast spot comes to North Las Vegas! Fantastic options. Update: I had breakfast again this morning. Everything is still great but Las Vegas has discovered First Watch! I had a twenty minute to get even a counter seat. Still worth waiting for, but be prepared.

Came in for a meal and had a bit of a mixed experience. When I first walked in, I stood at the podium and wasnât greeted by the staff member standing there, which was off-putting. He grabbed place settings and walked away without acknowledgment. Thankfully, the cashier came over shortly after and greeted me warmly, which immediately made me feel better about dining here.
Our server was okay. I asked for a kid menu as I had a 2yo & 5yo, but they were out of menus. The server did name off the menu, so that was great.
We only ordered water, but my 5-year-old mentioned that hers tasted off. I was told the water was the same, but after requesting no ice, it was clear the taste was coming from the ice.
There also seemed to be a misunderstanding with how our eggs were ordered. I assumed both dishes were prepared the same by the looks of it, but my husbandâs was the âfried hard.â Unfortunately, his dish had an excessive amount of thick-cut onions, and the parmesan was burned onto the bottom of the hash, which made it difficult to eat.
At checkout, I asked what is considered âfried hard,â and the cashier explained there are two ways it can be prepared and that she normally would ask which way the guest prefers. I agreedâthat clarification wouldâve helped.
I do want to give credit where itâs due: the cashier, Victoria, was welcoming, friendly, and had a genuine smile from start to finish. She was the highlight of our visit. Thank you, Victoria!

I can only rate how not getting my food after waiting an hour to sit down at a 1 star. I did enjoy watching my whole family eat. Very poorly run resteraunt. A suggestion would be to not operate a business if you just don't know how to do it. Will never return and definitely remind others why they shouldn't come either. First Watch - change your name. I served my community and you absolutely do not know how to serve your customers
First impression was hopeful, until our first experience was questionable. Staff seemed friendly but waitress forgot silverware, my drink and the syrup for waffles. First plate I received was cold and when they returned with the second plate the greens of the salad was missing so I didnât understand that. There were 3 Unisex bathrooms to choose from and I chose the one with the toilet seat up and urine everywhere and the floors were dirty and it looks like they flip flopped where the soap and the paper towels were placed because it was difficult to remove the paper towels so close to the sink sideways and the soap dispenser was spilling soap all over the floor so I personally think they should be switched to make it easier and more convenient and doable.

First time and we were excited and hungry and ready to experience it all but when we walked in the front person immediately took us back but had no idea where to seat us since all the tables were full with guests or empty tables that were dirty with dishes so we had to sit back down and they sat 3 other new parties ahead of us until they remembered we were waiting first. Then our waitress forgot my drink and the first plate was cold so they had to remake it and they forgot our silverware and when they brought the waffles they forgot the syrup and the silverware was dirty along with the bathroom. But the waffle was good!
