These burgers are one of a kind amazing the staff was very kind my burger was made wrong I took it to him they remade it gave me a free burger and a gift card the fries are humongous burgers are great services excellent

I haven’t been here in a while, so it was interesting to see their portion sizes are now very tiny. It used to be very huge. It is as small as dollar menu chicken sandwich. But it still tastes amazing

My family and I dined here this afternoon and from beginning to end, it was a pleasant experience. My husband powered our food at the wrong location that happened to be close and staff took care of canceling and remaking our order with ease and a smile. The restaurant was clean and staff was refreshingly friendly and kind. The food that we get from this location is always hot, fresh and precise. The customer service that we received today was simply excellent, especially for the first day of the new year.

I haven't been to 5 guys in a while due to the service, but decided to try again, but lunch shift instead of dinner shift, it was great the person that took our order was so kind the whole time he was doing the most taking orders cleaning asking people how they were doing if they needed anything! He was great he was the reason I would come back. The service from this guy was amazing. I wish I could remember his name!! He deserves a shout-out!!
