Been looking for a hole in the wall place for a burger for a while now and was on the north side of town today. Got the 1/2lb burger and was very happy with it. Legit flame grilled and not overcooked. Fresh patty, not frozen. Can't give 5 stars since they charge extra for cheese. Would not recommend ordering online, they aren't some fast food chain restaurant that can pump out orders every 90 seconds.

I ordered a super hot combo and I asked for it to be well done and my burger was not well done. I had already gotten on the freeway to go home and I called them to let them know and I told them I was too far to come back, they told me to just keep the burger until I come back. I told them I’m not going to keep no food in my truck that long I have been going to them for years and I am very dissatisfied. This is not the first time that my order has been wrong, who would tell you to keep the food for three or four days?

The people are very rude. They hung up on me while I placed an order over the phone. I called back immediately and the lady told me to order online and she immediately hung up. The website isn’t working properly.

Burgers are good and fries thats my first choice at burger hut.
I had the big burger combo I'm sure that's not exactly the name but I still liked it the fries are great their steak fries and an extra large drink comes with it

Ordered online. I understand you have to pay before your food gets made. But what's the point of ordering online if the 6 people in line in front of you get their order first. Calling over the phone is the same thing.
