Every time I been in the last let’s say 6 months there’s no mild sauce. Only Harold's in the history of Harold's that give you party wings & count them as whole wings. Food not seasoned.
Hiring staff that have some sort of customer service experience. Hire cooks that know how to SEASON food and serve with grace. Hire workers that know how to properly estimate time-frames. that's a start
