Harold's Chicken

Every time I been in the last let’s say 6 months there’s no mild sauce. One would think the reason that Harolds is so popular in Chicago and so successful that they’re able to move to different locations in different states was because of the sauce ,and you run out of sauce and expect us to buy your house brand of barbecue sauce👎🏾 it’s ridiculous not once but multiple times you can get chicken from anywhere, but you can’t buy nor get mild sauce unless you’re in Chicago buy on Amazon, a lot of Vegas natives wouldn’t understand the value of the mild sauce get it together. Also the seasoning is either too salty or not seasoning at all. Vegas Harolds they’re making my city look bad.

I’m from Chicago and this is crazy work on bro! No salt and pepper or no mild sauce on my chicken like I asked for, y’all do this EVERYTIME. Then y’all give me two small ass containers of mild sauce for ten wings yall tweaking on foe nem y’all know better this is not how Harold’s is back at the crib and y’all ain’t never got no pizza puffs I know what to expect that’s why I’m so mad the chicken itself is poor quality.

To be from Chicago to experience this is insane the worst Harold I ever been to in my life I was told 30 minutes for my food it’s been over an hour and still waiting for 6 darn wings!!

Service is impossible... Young lady said 20 minutes for my order.. it has now been 45 minutes

The employees are rude, and the food takes an extremely long time. Will not be back!

2nd time came here and they didn’t have catfish. How do you not hav catfish on Saturday at 5pm?

First n foremost the cashier (V)needs to be more attentive to the customer she could not take her eyes off that phone in the meantime thank you for the lady in the back for slaving over that greese making the flavor the best experience (cook) because the cashiers customer service is below. Average we expect it to be like da crib !

If I could give 0 stars I would!
Visited 2/8/25, no liver, gizzards, nor shrimp available, so I ordered catfish dinner and a wing dinner.
After waiting 48 minutes my catfish was water logged, and my chicken was not done at all.
To top it off cashier was very very unprofessional.
This was my second time visiting this location. Def will not be back for a third.

Very lazy staff food was cold and I asked for bread which comes with my meal wasn't any. Also staff was sitting on top of the counter where food goes, very unprofessional and rude

Second time that I've called in a 6 months span and what sounds like the same woman answers the phone from the Henderson location. Says that this location on Simmons doesn't have a working phone, but can place an order online. Unable to place an online order as the site doesn't even function to allow it. Not to mention the fact, when you physically go to the location, it's NEVER open. The door is locked and there is a lock box on the door. Last year, I visited the Henderson location and they were accepting Zelle and Venmo for their orders because they couldn't afford to keep the credit card machine. Smh...next time I have Harold's I suppose I'll just go back home to Chicago.

Went in asking for a 6 piece whole wings like normal. Sorry we only have party wings. I said cool, just give me a gallon of that mild sauce. Sorry, we don't sell the sauce anymore. Lol, logged in to a popular auction site and did a search. Boom, got my sauce and will never be back to this location! Bye Las Vegas

They had nothing on the menu. No whole chicken wings just party wings and didn't even have real mild sauce. Not authentic Harold's at all. Gotta do better!!!

This is one of the most ghetto places to order from which is kind of mind blowing especially since the food is mediocre at best. The representation the cashier's give is unprofessional and I am being nice because not only do they look crazy but the way they greet the customers is even worse. Their attitudes should be checked at the door. This is an occurrence that has been experienced on numerous occasions at this particular location and again it is mind blowing considering the food is basic and mediocre. You literally have to go in on a hope, wish and a dream not knowing what you will get the flavors change from visit to visit the fish may be seasoned may not, it may be soft and mushy or it may be fried hard and crunchy depends whose cooking I guess, the chicken may be slimy or on a good day if the grease is hot to the correct temperature you may get a decent piece of chicken. You just never know at Harold's world famous Chicago Chicken here in North Las Vegas on Simmons. Good LUCK. The line in Roberto's next door was to the door, Harold's was empty. I'm just saying. Maybe start by correcting the customer service/ cashier for starters, then the temperature of the grease to get some consistency in the establishment. Absolutely OVER PRICED for the lack of quality.

When do you serve actual Chicken wings? For The 3rd time Months apart you haven’t had any.. Tried to order at noon today & you had no Chicken, you open 10am.

They need to close this place it terrible. How are you out of the whole darn menu except fish and just perch. No Harold’s sauce, no tartar sauce, ketup 😂😂😂 I mean how you out of the whole darn menu. At 6:30 on a Saturday night. Saturday is one of the prime days right and you don’t have NO FOOD. Terrible representation of the REAL HAROLDS.
