The service was exceptionally slow. Not a long line, maybe 10 cars in front of me and it still took over 30 minutes in line. Then the burger wasn’t up to par. Will try again another time hoping for better results.

This place is accessible to us so we sometimes pick this for burgers & fries. A few weeks we came here ordered double cheese burger & fries. The burgers came w/ just meat & cheese no other toppings. And we didn't have one of the fries either. Didn't get to check til we are home.Called the 800 number, the lady apologized & told us we will send you a gift to use at the same place in exchange they will call & ask feedback about the experience. A guy called to check if we received the GC. But we didn't receive a gift card came in the mail. This was a weird experience. Not going back to this place.

Food has gone to crap. The burger has way more bun than patty, and this did not used to be the case. As well as the bun has not been warmed and the last time the whole burger was cold. I'll stick to chick Fila A although like the fries here. I used to love in and out. I wouldn't go out of my way to go there now.
