I love island food. Here visiting Vegas, arriving to this restaurant 18 minutes before closing. And I get turned away. Ride 8 miles on my mountain bike, hoping to eat the food I miss. Only to get turned away. Killed my hype. Don't know when I coming back this way. Sorry for the sad story. Maybe not sorry. But this is a huge bummer for me... The food was a little disappointing for the price. The ribs tasted like burnt soy sauce, and were just really salty. The potato salad was ok no real seasoning. Rice was ok but seemed a little salty. The other meat side was probably the highlight of the whole plate. For the price, expected a little more.
