Says you don’t close until 1 am so why have I shown up at 12:30 and told you are closed ???? Not good for business

I don't know if the cashier at the drive thru was bad or what, but I asked her for rach and she gave me like 10 sachets of ketchup. Then I asked her for the ranch again and it bothered her, she gave me 2 of rach but she dropped 1 on the floor, apart from the one who, when she gave me the ketchup, half of it fell out. I didn't hear a single word of customer service.

Just ordered a mint shake, the lady repeated mint shake back and the screen showed mint shake. She gave me a regular and then argued inwas charged for a regular when I told her I ordered mint and it had been repeated back. She kept arguing so I thanked her, took my food and left. No customer service at this location, completely untrained, how hard is it to take the wrong one back and give me a mint shake?

For tacos and they had about 20 times the normal amount of sauce, they were a sloppy mess, first time in my life I threw one away

I asked thean employee and manager can I use the restroom, she said you had to buy something . I said okay can I buy a sauce, she said no , then I asked to buy a sausage patty she said no. I said I want the cheapest thing then because I had two dollars in cash and I had debit card which I now have to use because she refusing the things to buy so she rings me up a value fry for 1.94. Mind you I had two dollars in cash . So made the purchase and used the bathroom I come out and I told her you charged me to use the bathroom and refused my 2 dollars in cash just to use my debit card . Said I will be reporting this and calling corporate

This place is never busy and they still have me wait in the front every single time for my order.
Oh and not to mention only ONE ranch for TWO meals ? Stingy

Everything's fine

It's decent food.taste and all of their burgers is great..But,I'm sorry,just totally not worth the price.Iys beyond rediculous.I ordered 2 jumbo jacks,they were the size of A McDonald's cheeseburger, And an order of fries,you could actually look in the bag and count the fries,I believe there were 15 fries in its container.Now get ready , the price came to 18.65....FOR TWO TINY JUMBO JACKS ( NO CHEESE ) AND 15 FRENCH FRIES...I WONT GO BACK NO TIME SOON..

The worst experience ever first of all , I went drive thru… after along day at the hospital I was so tired to cook so decided to get a jumbo jack since it’s been months that I don’t have one, when I got home took the first bite and there was a long hair in my burger, I Also said I wanted curly fries and they gave me regular… I was disgusted,disappointed, annoyed & too tired to go back… definitely the management needs to get it together. This is horrible definitely do NOT recommend this location on Las Vegas BLv & Bruce ?

I visited this location on Friday after a few months of refusing to go to this location due to the long wait. I decided to give them another chance as they are very convenient along my route. I ordered 3 of the chicken strips meals with curly fries and a jumbo jack with cheese. I received undone chicken strips no curly fries and a separate bag of food which was someones Door Dash order. I attempted multiple times to contact the store and no one answers the phone I have even contacted a different location to get information on how to speak with someone as I live 30 minutes away and I am on vacation from work so Im not on route to visit the location currently. I am beyond pissed uncooked food and the wrong order and not to mention the extensive wait time. I want my money back and they have most definitely lost a customer forever this time
