For a store with nobody in it. A drive thru with little to no cars in it. I stood waiting for food for over 20 minutes. Door dash orders, Uber orders are not priorities, in store not prioritized, neither is the drive thru. No other fast food spot is this slow. Go to another jacks. This one will make you wait forever for no real reason.

Never received my order from online for delivery, was told it was cancelled, then I was told I would have to physically go down there for a refund as opposed to just having it refunded online. They would give me cash??? The supervisor who “helped” was super demeaning and went out of her way to not understand what happened. I am so upset. I work from home so i can’t go down there in an expedient amount of time. I can’t even cancel the order online??? The situation may not be their fault, but their abysmal handling of it is.
