Went through the drive thru. Ordered for a family of 4 but it took nearly 20 minutes to get the food. The food was fine but they shorted my "ice cube munchie meal" by a taco ?

Food is alright, it's good to have a jack in the neighborhood, I love their tacos, but sometimes they don't open during the night, they're not always 24hrs, sometimes at 10pm they're closed. I don't know if management knows that or not, depends who's working that will be the service you get, I have to see who's working first and that will depend if I eat there or not and it shouldn't be that, it should be a nice good experience all the time..mgmt...
