The most cheapest owners and managers ever!. I got 2 for 3 breakfast jacks a long with a spicy chicken sandwich and they refused to give me more than one buttermilk ranch! Literally 3 people are suppose to all share one buttermilk??? Absolutely ridiculous I'm new to this area and never dealt with this at the Cheyenne Durango location.
They cant not read the recipe and they always mess it up

Around 5:45 pm, At the Ann Rd and Decatur location in North Las Vegas. I ordered two orders, of two tacos and a large curly fry. It came up correctly on the screen. After getting home there were only Two Tacos and a lg Curry Frie. So frustrating and I know it’s my fault for not checking the bag myself.
If I had time I’d go in person, because I got a recording that they were helping other customers at this time. And then I was disconnected.

Doesn’t matter what time it is, every time we come we always get told to park in the front to wait for our order. I could expect to wait on a large order but for two breakfast jacks and a medium curly fry and a number 14 is ridiculous. Not to mention having to wait over 10 minutes for it.

This place used to be the best and has never been the same after covid is there a dining room closes at 6:00 when it's even open at all! The food is Hit or miss(pineapple shake takes like vanilla) sometimes it's good sometimes it's trash and they're almost always running out of something(today eggrolls). They usually can't hear you because of the extremely loud car wash right next door. The thing I hate the most is whether there's people behind you or not they always ask you to pull out front and wait for your food.
