We were really excited about the smash burgers. We used to eat them at least once a week. The past couple of times, they have been sub par. They were hot fresh juicy. I didn't mind paying extra for a good burger and waiting for it to be cooked fresh. However, tonight we waited about 8 minutes and got reheated, dry burgers. So disappointed. This was the same last week but thought we would give them another chance. I probably will not be back. Having said all that, the gentleman that waited on us in the drive thru and brought the food to us was very nice.

This store is the worst managed store in the United States in every possible way you could imagine. 15 min waits for food after you wait in the drive and out front as they move you to a parking spot out front. Then your asked what did you order like a 1950s drive though.
