Awesome customer service. Let you know when food may take a bit longer. Always have smiles on their faces. Food was hot and yummy. Packing is top tier. Meals go together. Sandwiches go together. Fries go together. They don't mess up your order.

as a fatty, i'll wait 15 extra minutes for food, it's fine. this place is always hiring anyhow. just a bit disappointed i had to go back after receiving the wrong sandwich. it was right the second time though, so we good 👍

Waited 15 min for my food in drive through when there was no cars ahead of me. When I got my food it was sloppy and the fries weren't to portion and soggy cold. Team Lead was very nice but fast food is supposed to be fast and the food needs to be handled and made properly! Very disappointed! This was 06/04/25 at 11:30am for manager reference.

I live about 6 minutes away and ate as soon as I got home.The food was super cold and they did not follow instructions as to what we wanted on our burgers.We’ll try a different location next time.

It was a worst service tonight. I order 2 meals and 2 drinks. We paid $30 they got our order wrong and we left them all good tip for them and we were waiting a long time

Absolutely terrible service. Ordered online for carry out and arrived at 6:45. Lobby was locked, nobody even acknowledged us at the door, and they were letting the phone ring. Finally, a young guy came out and finally addressed us and got us our food...which was cold.
They apparently wanted us to get in the drive through, which had 6+ cars, just to pick up our food that was already made and sitting in bags on the counter.
Truly awful, unreasonable, and totally illogical.

It’s a hit or miss. The over night crew sucks. The white girl with glasses can never run the drive through correctly. The wait is horrendous just to place the order. Just wait for the day and am crew.
