Food is warm and has flavor. The Cluck Sandwich is actually smaller compared to what's on their online menu. The size of the fried poultry is thinner and there are only 2 pickles per sandwich. Still, tastes great. The drive-thru service was a bit slow today. The SUV in front waited over 10 minutes for their order causing a domino effect for those behind her.

Kid at the drive through didn’t say a word. They were out of some items. Had a real easy order of 3 value menu burgers and they still forgot one and the two we got were cold. Coke Zero was mostly seltzer with no flavor. Won’t waste anymore money at this location. Do better.

Came to the drive thru at 6:30 pm on 03/25/24. The young man at the window was rude and careless. We asked for some sauces to be included with our order of fries, onion rings and mini tacos. Of course the young man forgot. When we reminded him he offered us two. Instead of fussing we just left. We will not be back. Spent over $30 to get two ranch dressings.

I went by this location yesterday. Worst experience I’ve had in a while. But, this was not the first bad experience. The first incident was on New Year’s Eve, I tried to remain understanding but myself along with 3 other cars waited 25 minutes for food. When I questioned the guy at the window he stated well it’s new years and nobody wants to work. The food was hot so I left It alone. YESTERDAY…. I ordered on the app, I was on my way to lecture and I didn’t realizing sandwich was a Jr jumbo jack and not a Jr bacon cheeseburger. I ate my halfsie fries and decided to go back after class and request the jr bacon instead. KAILA tells me that because that’s what I selected on the app I needed to take the sandwich and leave, or I can go on the app for a refund. She was very rude. Mind you the jr bacon was the same price as the sandwich I accidentally selected. She shut the window and refused to help me. I asked for a manager and she stated the manager was not there. I waited I. The drive thru, she returned to the window and I tried to hand her the sandwich she refused to take it. I sat there and waited for someone else to help me, the other female who came to the window handed me the jr bacon. Why why why are you guys arguing with customers. Extremely unprofessional and I will not return.

I love Jack n the Box but this evening I had the worst burger ever! It was so dry I almost choked on it ...was the ultimate cheeseburger with sourdough bread..was not even hot..I won't give up on Jack n the Box but not coming back to this location again..
