Finally open!Lots of hype about this place from their website and reviews...it's legit.I have not been to Spain, but I do enjoy simple tasty bites of food that really are something to write about, this is it.Summary of our meal:Bacon wrapped dates• Delicious, flavors on point for what you think it would be• Smokey, lighty sweet• Goat cheese was whipped and soft, suttle yet slightly tangy• Couldn't taste the date, but that's not a bad thing• On the chewy side, but if eaten in one bite, not a big dealPan con Jamon• Honestly, very simple unique bite that I loved• It's simple, but it's toasted bread with tomato and very tender. Jamon ibertico on top.• Garlicy and amazingSeafood paella• Rice was al dente• Probably the best cooked seafood combo I've ever eaten• Shrimp was shrimp, nothing over the top here, everything else was incredibleFood is simple, delicate, and tasty. Small bites that are fantastic. Two down sides, menu is a little complicated to navigate on a phone, there are so many options. Some of the tapas we ordered came in three portiosn, not great for a couple sharing, maybe just order two plates of each, lol.We will definitely be back.

Amazing food! We’re foodies who have enjoyed the best NYC, London, Barcelona, and Rome have to offer. We especially loved the simple ingredients of the tapas (Jamon Serrano on bread) and perfectly grilled steak. The sangria - in a chilled glass and one large cube - was perfect. This was top notch and we’d gladly return. This new location just opened so go NOW before the lines stretch around the block!

While our waiter did his best, food service is very slow. +30 minutes for our to go Cubano Sandwich; the second sandwich was never made. The Cubano looked like a child made it. Pork in one spot, ham in another, few misplaced pickles and too much cheese. Bread was good but as it apparently was sitting was soggy. French fries soggy and salad limp. We will give them another chance when we can eat in after they’ve hopefully worked out the issues!

Six stars for the Henderson location. The food was excellent. We had a large party so we tried a lot off the menu. They were able to accommodate our large party for seating. The service was friendly, attentive, and patient. I will definitely be back often.Kid-friendliness: There is a children’s menu for the less adventurous kids.

My husband & I had the pleasure of indulging and meeting Owner & Chef Rafa (at the previous location) who is hands down the best and goes above and beyond at what he loves. You will not be disappointed for this is the most authentic España cuisine in the whole valley. We are very happy to be informed of his new location and are looking forward to our next visit!Kid-friendliness: My kid is a picky eater but loved the Pulpo a La Gallega and was the first time trying so this is a plus.

Local here that is also world traveled and a foodie. Fantastic service, setup and amazing food. You can't go wrong here. We thought we had found our favorite tapas place until we tried Jamon Jamon. It is by far the best I've had in the city!

This place was not at all what we thought. I’ll begin by saying the food is very small portions and extremely overpriced for this place. The paella is not even for two people and it cost $75. They also mention the pork would take about 1 1/2 hrs. In the photos in goggle they have the old menu and nothing compare to the menu now. Will never go back.

I personally did NOT like this food. Maybe is not my cup of T. I am MEXICAN.. and the taste difference is huge.. pork had a weird taste..(very strong old pig taste(berrac0) ..paella had way to much rosemary.. octopus was hot n unflavored chilli powder.. only thing that was eatable was crocketas and patatas.. ..pan con tomate is ok . N the best thing here was the SANGRIA.( But they only had 1/2 menu as they are RELOCATING. SERVICE WAS GREAT! Very expensiveKid-friendliness: Not to many options for kids

Why why why are you leaving the Sahara and Jones location. My heart is broken! This is by far the best Spanish restaurant in town! Chef changes up the menu regularly which makes it exciting each time to visit. Everyone is friendly and the food..... the foood! It's hard to point to one thing when you do it all well. If you get to their new location in lake Las Vegas... enjoy and over eat. Try the lechonsito if you have the time!

Food was expensive and terrible. It was a last minute reservation NYE. Pre fix menu had nothing worth the cost or time. Live and learn....

The foods great but pricey, almost everything is a stand out dish, several items are arguably the best ive ever had but its hard to pay the prices to justify it even with large portions. Staff is friendly and helpful but probably overworked and could use some help.
