My food was good but there was only 1 worker. I ordered online and still had to wait 40+ minutes inside for my order to be completed. I should’ve just jumped in line since anyone that walked in got helped before everyone waiting for a pickup order. I understand that the worker was alone but this is absurd.

Love this place, everything is always fresh and available food smells so good just walking through the front door, multiple bread and meat options all freshly baked & cut to your likings highly recommended!!

They should probably train their employees on how to show up on time so the store can properly open. The store is scheduled to open at 10 am, but they opened the doors at 10:03. No big deal, things happen. Once I get in the doors, they tell me 5 minutes for the bread to finish. They said this every 5 minutes for about 15 minutes. I was first in line for a sandwich, but the whole bread I wanted was still not ready, so they served the rest of the line that built up behind me with wheat bread. Got to sit down with my sandwich finally at 10:30am.

The Big Cahoona was dry and the outside edges were burned. There was little to no mushrooms.

Not sure why they take so long to take your order, standing in line about 6 mins before being helped, also only one in line....do better or move a little faster

At approximately 8:22 PM I pulled up to your restaurant to order dinner for my daughter and I. There were two gentlemen in the building working they look to be cleaning so I asked them if they were closing down already. One guy said no and walked to the back. The guy in the front continue to sweep without even greeting us. We looked over the menu did not think that he was just finishing up and he’ll be right with us. About three minutes go by The man still had not said anything. Finally, he looked up, realizing that we were ready to order. Instead of washing his hands after handling the broom And applies them before serving us. We asked for the 8 inch regular subs one look to be a mini size. And then asked him is that the size of the regular because the size difference looks extremely different. The man had an attitude through the bread in the trash, grabbed it and cut another slice. At that point, I had half of mine to walk out, but he did start cutting the meat and I’m not wanting to waste. He was very short with his headphones in his ears, singing to Hello his music as he took our order. This was probably the worst customer service I’ve ever. If I could give the gentleman a zero I would have. Name of server was bayne. Perhaps he may need some training on customer service.Based on that experience, I probably will not come back to your establishment.

Depending on who's working the grill, you might get something good, or you might get something almost inedible like I did last time I came here, and got the worst cheesesteak Ive ever had in my life. If the short darkskinned black girl is working the grill, trust me just turn around. This was the second time I've had my food prepared by her and both times were awful. Aside from her being rude and appearing visibly bothered I ordered something requiring cooking, there were huge sections of unmelted cold cheese, crunchy barely-cooked peppers and onions, one half of the bread was rosemary and one half was white (thanks for telling me before you gave it to me, not), and the meat was barely cooked and lukewarm. It truly was disgusting. It looks like you guys are pretty quickly racking up some bad reviews lately. Hmmm I wonder why

There are no better fast food sandwiches in the US (said from an Italian gourmand).

The meat portions on a giant sub are not at all equivalent to the price that you pay. I spent nearly $20 on a Stickball Special which comes with ham and salami but there were nominal slices of salami. I can't imagine returning here to pay such a huge price for a little sandwich. There is a clear difference in the portions used since my last review. Check my pics from today's visit and last year's.

Very slow, they talk too much instead of making my sandwich

Been craving mikes, and ended up just reminding me of the other sub place. Bread was definitely not fresh, adding on in ingredients looked as if they were asked to cut way back compared to what I'm use to from Mike's, when I asked for extra, it wasn't even the normal amount. Maybe just new staff. Definitely not what I wanted when going in craving a good sub.

I Dont know what happened to this place it used to be good. Whoever is making the sandwhiches now doesnt know how to make a sandwhich. Paid over 20$ for an original italian that has no meat like slim. Second time with this so ill never eat at this location ever again. Im so mad and disappointed, there is no jersey mike like this in existence place needs gordon ramsey.

Workers were horrible. I walked in and was immediately horrified about what I saw. I got my food regardless of what the place looked like. And bam. Weird curly dark hair in my sandwich. Was only one. But definitely not the kind of meat I want on my sandwich.
