5 subs, $78. Two on wrong bread. Most were crusty because the bread was so old. One was ordered with extra bacon and had a total of 1.5 pieces of bacon on the sandwich. So the typical serving is not even one piece? Doubt it! Two had oil and vinegar on side, nope that didn’t happen either. Not typically one to complain but a lot of money for a meal with multiple issues. Oh yeah, none of them were marked either so had to dissect them to figure out what was what. Definitely won’t be back, fair warning for all.

Favorite sandwich shop in ALL LV! ONLY place I go! Online orders are ALWAYS WRONG. ALWAYS. EVEN when put in SPECIAL INSTRUCTIONS but I ho in person now because I enjoy their food. Not ONLINE service for pick up. Horrible. Wrong bread. Small trace of vinegar. No jalapeños anywhere. Asked to put mayo/mustard on both breads. Son requested brown mustard. NO mustard of any kind anywhere.

As I walked in, I was greeted with warm smiles that were very welcoming, a very polite young man with a smile took my order, I did not wait long as my order was being made even though there were quite a few people in there. Got the food home still nice hot and fresh very delicious exactly the way I ordered it. All four of the employees was very polite, professional and friendly from beginning to end. I give this place a 10 out of 10 all the way around. And I would like to thank each of them for their hospitality. Been coming to this location since October when we purchased our home here. Definitely will be coming back. (Wish I was able to post the pics here of my food but it doesn’t have that option)

Submitted an delivery order through the jersey mikes app. When i received the food. It was not what i ordered, the tag on the bag had my name but not my order in the bag. I called the store and they couldn’t help me and told me to call Doordash. Doordash said they couldnt help me because i ordered through the jersey mikes app. Sandwich I received was not edible because it was all turkey and extra extra mayonnaise. I lost $28 and threw the sandwich away.

5/30/2025, about 7 PM, my daughter and I arrived at your location to buy two sandwiches. Immediately upon entering we were greeted by a man that was leaving the store, but in this greeting he said that this location is not taking orders. That it would be a thirty minute wait… those statements in themselves don’t make sense. After waiting an initial ten minutes then we were told by the remaining gentleman in the business with long pink and green hair, that the only bread offered would be white bread. About ten minutes after that, this same gentleman suggested to my daughter and I to go to a location on Craig road because they probably had bread? Yeah, idk , we’ve been sitting here since shortly after 7pm, now it’s 7:41 PM, still waiting on bread, still waiting. No apologies offered, this place runs out of bread regularly, and need help with their food forecast and guest service skills. Everyone.

Horrible Horrible Horrible... the service was bad , the food was disgusting, they used the same gloves to take payment, sweep the floor and make the food.. One of the front guys literally had the bottom drawer open with food in it while he was sweeping the floor.. I asked the guy who made our sandwiches to change gloves after i seen him sweep the floor and take payment, no hand hygeine at all... Customer service horrible, food horrible.. Will never ever go back to this place!

#17 is the best!

Worst location. I went to in Las Vegas, ordered a Cali. What's up with avocado got home? No avocados, no bacon, very upset. Paid full price. I would recommend to go to another location.Truly not satisfied with my order

When I walked into the shop the workers were making jokes about what kind of porn they watch. Very unprofessional. One of the worst places I have ever been to.

Ordered the Hot Chicken sandwich and expected it to be something special. It was very bland and small for a giant sandwich @ $20, nothing like advertised. The guy making the sandwich was so disengaged and rude, like he was hating work. Never smiled or acknowledged me or the young girl and guy he was working with. It happens.

They are no longer melting the cheese on the griddle.

Nobody wants cold cheese on their hot cheesesteak.
