My husband and I have been faithful customers of this location for some time now. Within the past few months, the new workers here have consistently messed up our orders. This last order they didn’t give me the Parmesan rosemary bread as requested and they also forgot tomatoes and onions on my sandwich. I typically order to go from here but I guess next time I’m going to have to physically watch the employees make the sandwich since they failed to make it properly each time.

Walked in today 1/2 at 5:30pm.I asked for a BLT. When it got time to put the bacon on he put two little pieces on it.I said uhm sorry do you have anymore? He said yeah we just put it on it’s gonna take a long time. I can put some meat on it.I said okay fine just put two slices of turkey. The guy who was working decided it would be a great idea to take turkey off another sandwich next to mine. I said uhm I’m sorry no. Please cut new turkey. He said well I messed this sandwich up. Like what?Won’t be here again.

No white bread available at 6:00 PM, oh well, I guess I don’t get to order a #13 sandwich, which I didn’t. My wife had a #13 on wheat, told me later that the bread was stale. Poor quality. These sandwich makers know whether the bread is stale or not. That’s what we call an error of commission. Knowingly sending out inferior product to the customer. Shame on you!
So I decided to go to Jersey Mike's my favorite sub restaurant and get a chipotle cheesesteak without peppers for new years day. After driving 10 min to this location which was the closest one from my girlfriend's house I walked in and ordered. 2 guys we're working, one of them seemed like he hated his job and the other one seemed extremely high and could barely speak nor see since his hair was all over his eyes. Anyways I brushed it off got my order and left. Once I arrived back to my gf's place I got the food out the bag just to find out it was a chipotle chicken sub with peppers. Definitely not what I ordered so I decided I wanted what paid for so I went back. Once I arrived back there I told them it wasn't what I ordered and they started making another one which I made sure to tell them STEAK NO PEPPERS. Well I'm not even kidding literally right after I just said that, the intoxicated dude started making another chipotle chicken sub with peppers so I had to stop him and say hey man it's STEAK NO PEPPERS. Thinking we're good to go now I sat down got on my phone and waited ti'll it was ready, picked up my sandwich and left again. Well I shit you not I got back to my girl's and it was still chicken and god damn peppers. I was livid to say the least I hopped in my car again and went back there told them I couldn't believe they messed my sub up again and asked to have them make me another, they refused because they said I was rude and because told them I'd go in the kitchen and make it myself. So I ended up getting a refund which he had to call his manager to ask him how to since he didn't know. Once I got the refund 10 min later, I left and wen't to Firehouse subs instead. This was by far the worst experience I have ever had getting fast food and would of never thought it would be from Jersey Mike's because I've never had any issues. Skip this location at all costs if you want what you ordered. It's horrendous.

If I could give a negative 1 star I would. I’ve purchased sandwiches at several different jersey Mike’s locations, and this one by far was the worst experience in terms of service I’ve ever experienced. The workers obviously didn’t get along. The sandwich station was a mess. And zero smiles on anybody’s faces. Everybody hated their job. That’s the experience I got from this location. And for context I’ve never left a negative review.

Save your money Don't go here Worst subs ever. I love Jersey Mikes subs but for the last few months this location is disgusting. For the last three visits I had an open mind thinking maybe things would get better but after today no way.
