Today they got everything right, they have missed stuff in the past, but my food was ready in a timely manner, veggies are fresh, meat taste great, bread was the correct golden color, & lastly they didn't miss an ingredient.

Freaky Fast is just a slogan, not actual practice. Last 3 times i have ordered from this location took well over half hour to receive my order. going on 45 minutes now and still no delivery. freaky slow!

Been eating Jimmy John’s for nearly 20 years- every time I order from this store location, they short me. We always order the number 10 which menu clearly says, in caps, DOUBLE ROAST BEEF. For some reason this location just does not do double meat! Literally go out of my way to avoid ordering from this store for that reason. When you call to complain, the manager does nothing and argues with you. Waste the gas and go to another location if you’re hoping to get what you typically expect from Jimmy John’s- because this AINT IT!

I order food from they for lunch very often. Since they got a new delivery driver I’ve had nothing but issues. Now they have refused me service for the first time in my life due to no fault of my own. If they have issues I’m going to complain, instead of fixing their in house issues they have passed the buck and made me out the be the problem and are now refusing me service. Buyer beware. They will give you rotten tomatoes, take hours to deliver, etc. and never make it right.

First time trying Jimmie John's and the last. I paid for a 8" piece of bread with slices of meat one piece of cheese and a handful of lettuce and 3 little tomatoes with a splash of mayo. I would have never known it was a roast beef sandwich with cheese if I didn't look and see the little pieces. I have been hearing good things about JJs, boy were they wrong.

So why in the hell do they scoop out the middle of the bread? I paid for the whole piece, I watched the employee do it then asked and she said oh we don't do it on the #9, bull!!! I got home and guess what all the middle scooped out or I should say scraped out by their hands

i went into this jimmy john’s and delt with kelvin his customer services was off the hook this guy should be rewarded in every way possible he made sure we knew about all the new stuff you guys had to offer and i’ll be using this location all the time for every sandwich i eat you are the man kelvin!!!

Ordered delivery a couple weeks ago and it took 2 hours. Figured I'd try again today and my food was never delivered at all. Tried calling the store both times and only get a busy signal. Love the sandwiches but delivery service is a joke.

Today I ordered the new salami with mozzarella (I already forgot the name). When I got back to work with our food, I realized they accidentally forgot the cheese and balsamic. I called to inform them. They said come back and get a new one on us. When I went back they let me keep the other sandwiches. We are all human and all of us make mistakes. They were very kind and professional! PS Best tuna ever!
