Please do not go to this establishment. We went on Wednesday there was no wait and one worker was like I'm coming 15 minutes later she came & made us shakes that tasted like sugar water very thin. So please tell me why we waited so long and noone else was there! Shakes and service was terrible

The young man Matthew working July 3 2025 is exceptional and deserves and deserves a raise. He helped a disabled customer by bringing the food to the customer. He was a one man team running every station almost by himself.

They need to update their hours online. I was staying at the Aliante casino and on the website it showed it was open until 10PM but when I got there at 9:05 they were closing up. When I asked them what time they close, they told me 9:00PM

Food was as expected, wait was very very long. Had 40 minutes and we almost missed bingo, so we had to bring the food in with us. The guy at register was nice but kept having to go to the line to help. Please get more staff!

We had an excellent experience here! It was our first time trying Johnny Rockets and we liked everything we ate. Hats off to the service and cook! Mathew and Dany you absolutely rocked it, thank you so much for your kindness and great food!
Some skinny kid with a serious attitude eventually took my order. I watched at least 10 people walk away because no one would serve them. Food was ok. Overall trash experience. Skip this

Buyer beware in my opinion don't get the grilled cheese sandwich it's not melted cheese it's cold cheese on bread .) I have a picture of the sandwich you will not believe it and will post later.. 1st time eating here at this location was visiting in Las vegas. Inside the Allante Hotel casino. Johnny Rockets smelled good as soon as you stepped inside their restaurant. So I ordered a chocolate milkshake with a grilled chicken sandwich and I asked them to put the mayo on the side. French fries also. The fries were good and hot the chicken sandwich was tasty I'm glad I did not put the mayo on my sandwich because after looking at it in that cup the edges of the mayo were hard and crusty like it had been sitting out all day which means I might have gotten sick from it.
after looking at it I am so glad I didn't add it to my sandwich. Shame on you Johnny Rockets that could have really been an upset stomach waiting to happen . Need to be more careful especially with mayonnaise sitting out all day and this definitely had been sitting somewhere uncovered and not at the right temperature that it should be. In my opinion. "
You also sold my guest a grilled cheese sandwich that wasn't grilled the bread had been toasted on the grill with no butter and then you put the cheese on it after the bread came off of the grill which means all of that cheese didn't melted I could literally count the slices after you had cut it in half and I felt it and the cheese was just cold it was straight out of the refrigerator that is not a grilled cheese shame on you. I had to ask for my money back on that sandwich grilled cheese is just what it says grilled cheese it should be melted when served. Will not eat at this location in the near future. So disappointed.
