Waited 12 minutes for chicken only to go inside and find out they forgot about our order... Still messed the order up AND who gives butter and hot sauce to add to the biscuits?!? Forgot the coleslaw but at least the chicken was fresh, which is only reason I'm giving 2 stars.

None of these people use gloves as they are dealing with food.. oh wait one put some on at the disgust is on my face. The one working the drive thru going back and forth from touching the food to the window taking payments. No wonder employees are coughing

Not only did they forget half the food but the half I did get was wrong and when I called and tried to let them know half my order was wrong and the other half was missing it's just a bunch of children and all you get is rude disrespectful remarks and you don't get anywhere or anything resolved.

These kids act like reading a prompt screen and doing the simplest of food industry work is hard but everyone wants to be lazy and useless... Absolutely the worst experience at KFC and most definitely calling the BBB to report this location

I'd give a half a star but no chance or option,
Personnel needs training and no management on site,
If you have to wait 15 min. For an order that was place 40 min earlier,
And still missing items in the order...

I’d give 0 stars if I could. I placed my order at 7:05, says it was ready at 7:10. Went in the drive thru at 7:12 to pick up my order and was told to come back around in 5 mins as my order was still being prepared. Tell me why 6-8 cars went in the drive thru after me and were out within 10 mins, while my simple order was still being “prepared”. After 20 mins of waiting I was still told my order was being worked on. Tell me why my drinks had no ice, watered down. My sandwich was hard as a rock and cold, couldn’t even eat it. Mac and cheese looked like it was hours old and cold. My toddlers food was over cooked. All that waiting just to get cold nasty inedible food. Blows my mind. Biggest disappointment ever!

By far one of the worst fast food places available to eat at.

1. We placed our order online via the KFC website.
2. They didn’t fill the whole order.
3. When we called the location for a credit on the missing meal. They said they don’t do that. As its a 3rd party that handles the order, we must contact them for a refund….15 minutes on the phone, and 3 transfers - finally got a refund for missing meal.

4. Of the food we received, probably the worst fried chicken i have ever had. Actually it was a moist grease blob with a hint of chicken. And a block of salt. There mashed potatoes resembled the caulk i used to seal my shower door.

You are better off giving your money to guy with the funny sign on the craig / 15 exit ramp. He will be able to do something better with it than the management at KFC.

Unfortunately, poor food quality and inefficient customer service have left a very negative impression. This is far from the quality and care I previously associated with KFC. Consider drinking a quart of Motor Oil for the same experience and then paying double for that.
