Waited 12 minutes for chicken only to go inside and find out they forgot about our order... Still messed the order up AND who gives butter and hot sauce to add to the biscuits?!? Forgot the coleslaw but at least the chicken was fresh, which is only reason I'm giving 2 stars. #disappointing

None of these people use gloves as they are dealing with food.. oh wait one put some on at the disgust is on my face. The one working the drive thru going back and forth from touching the food to the window taking payments. No wonder employees are coughing

Not only did they forget half the food but the half I did get was wrong and when I called and tried to let them know half my order was wrong and the other half was missing it's just a bunch of children and all you get is rude disrespectful remarks and you don't get anywhere or anything resolved.
These kids act like reading a prompt screen and doing the simplest of food industry work is hard but everyone wants to be lazy and useless... Absolutely the worst experience at KFC and most definitely calling the BBB to report this location
