ABSOLUTELY TRASH! By far the worst customer service ever! Who ever the female was who took my order had an attitude on her! And to top it off they don’t pick up the store phone. I wouldn’t recommend this place. Shes going to talk to the wrong customer like that and see if she don’t get dragged out that place.

By far the worst experience I have ever had in my entire life at any fast food restaurant. Once I walked in the store two employees completely ignored me while pretending to prepare food. I waited 30 mins for a mashed potato bowl and guess what still didn’t get it. I had to wait until I could get off of work just to get what I paid for. The entire staff needs to be terminated including the manager and above.

Ana at the window is incompetent. She took my orders with attitude and when I get to the window I'm asking her she's missing items. She wasn't believing me until she saw for herself. Try to steal my money and food ? .She wants to act like it's her house and treat people without respect. She shouldn't be manager. Lil girl don't know how to take orders or provide service. Never coming back

Everytime my father goes here they mess up order. He ordered bucket of tenders, mashed pot, mac n cheese and biscuits. He sat and waited 40MINUTES for 10 pc original small mashed potatoe. He didn’t want to drive back. I called and there is no answer and vm is full. He spent nearly $50 and got nothing he asked for. Poor Management and disorganized. WTH is a mentally challenged biscuit!!!! That is very offensive! My brother has Down’s syndrome and thought it was making fun. Since we didnt get biscuits either.

Absolute garbage.Order online and picked up.Food was missing from the order.A chicken bowl.... with no chicken?Very confused we give them a call since we are already home. She said they don't make Nuggets after 5pm soooo they just didn't include them..... not quite how that works, I explained. She told me i can come back and pick up chicken tenders instead. Drive 10 minutes back. Pick up, drive 10 minutes back home, only to have to cut up my own chicken and reheat my cold bowl.No management in sight, just ran by a bunch of teenagers who would rather be anywhere else.

12/29 at 3:15 PMWith what appeared to be an empty afternoon at this restaurant, I still managed to wait 10mins at the drive through line to place my order. I Attempted to order the new wraps they had which came in 3 flavors but I was told there was only 2 available. Girl taking my order did not seem motivated at all and showed very poor customer service. It appeared she didn’t like me question her about items on the menu. When I got to the window to pay for my order, I was told they couldn’t make my order because they didn’t have any tortillas. Same girl that took my order told me this with a smirk on her face.

I had such small expectations when it came to trying these wraps, but what I found in the picture just seems like a new fast-food low that I can't even blame this consistently janky location for.I've microwaved leftover chicken tenders that were easier to chew and I'm entirely done with KFC.

2 days in a row. I went to drive thru at6 45pm on thursday and at 8.30 on Friday.Thursday they were out of chickenFriday they were out of fries .last week Out of chicken also .How in hell you run a chicken joint and you don't have chicken ??!!!Please fire the manager and hire new cooks to keep your business. or shut it down
