Used the drive through and ordered a bucket of 8 pieces with Cole slaw. The staff was good and provided a military discount when asked, but more than half of our chicken was over cooked (original) 😔 The Cole slaw was good, but won't be heading back anytime soon

Feel like none of those employees care about their jobs. Very rude, they dont greet you. Don't honor coupons. And they run out of chicken then tell you they have chicken tenders. What chicken place runs out of chicken.

Just left this KFC with no chicken. Went through the drive-thru and the girl working there said they were not taking any orders for ten minutes, no explanation. I left. The last time I had went there, about 2 years ago, they told me they were not serving buckets of chicken. What?!? I swore to myself back then I would not return to this location ever again. I should have listened to myself. SMH If I could give zero stars, I would.
This is the quality of the food all the time. I placed the cough drop there for scale... and this was after they dropped my food on the floor and remade it. Why are all the restaurants on this block incompetent? Trash!

I live about 20 minutes from this location ordered a 12pc family meal and a chicken pot pie 🥧 fresh t least I thought I waited for 35 minutes for it got my food got home and my chicken was cold 🥶 as rocks 🪨 food was not fresh at all not even a little bit warm 🤬 count your day KFC that's why ya'll losing business now lack of acknowledgment from your customers .
