I live about 20 minutes from this location ordered a 12pc family meal and a chicken pot pie 🥧 fresh t least I thought I waited for 35 minutes for it got my food got home and my chicken was cold 🥶 as rocks 🪨 food was not fresh at all not even a little bit warm 🤬 count your day KFC that's why ya'll losing business now lack of acknowledgment from your customers .

No customer service skills at this location. The unorganization at this location is a joke. Placed an online order @ 2pm said pick up @ 2:25 my order wasn't ready till 3pm waited in the lobby 30 minutes. A worker came back from break didn't wash his hands wasn't wearing gloves and was gonna keep working until I asked him to wash his hands and put on gloves like the rest of the staff. Millionaire owner has a bunch of kids working and they have no idea of what they were doing. So many people waiting long times to get their food. Get it together KFC! Won't be Back!

The evening shift is always got a delay of 20 minutes. Never have I come to order food at night and it been like the daytime where your orders up in five minutes 10 minutes as a worst case scenario but 20-30 minutes to wait. They need better staff here at night. The lady working wasn’t friendly. Feel like I’m a bother because I’m waiting..

Walked into the restaurant and was not acknowledged by the store manager or cashier standing at the front counter, organizing desserts. I went to the kiosk that was incredibly slow to place my order. When I received my food in a to go bag when I said I was dining in, I told the employee I was dining in he said "we don't give trays anymore no we don't have to clean them". I proceeded to open my food up to a pot pie that had a very small portion. I went to the counter to ask for hot sauce, and the manager avoided eye contact and didn't say a word he just put the hot sauce on the counter instead of in my hand. I then went to eat my food and almost choked on a bone. I worked for KFC before (this location), and we had to really sift through the chicken for no bones in the pot pies. As for the atmosphere, you could hear the employees with the manager in the back using foul language and ignoring any customer that wasn't African American. The restaurant was dirty, there were no clean tables. I will never come back to this racist, unprofessional, and dirty location!!!

Disgusting, my soda was dripping so I told the white guy at the drive thru he took my soda and wiped it off with his shirt. So you can imagine what they do when no one is looking. This location needs to be shut down .

I thought I asked for a breast and wing, but what I did receive is a Cornish hen, I suppose was to be a breast. I almost threw up a couple times trying to eat it. The corn taste how roach spray Raid smell. The only thing was good was the biscuit. I was too tired to take it back aftee working 11 hours at work. Can't depend on fast food anymore. Customer service wasn't good either. I wasted $10 . I definitely will not go back or recommend this kfc. You actually don't deserve to be called kfc.
