The supervisor Indira is rudeee and drive thru teenagers are VERY nasty and short tempered. Indira was very rude to me concerning her drive thru employees and my mobile order. Long story short I order a 10 peace in the mobile app came to pick it up in the drive thru wanted a side of Nashville hot sauce. They say it $1.00 my wallet fell between my seats (by the time I pull up to the window) $18 order I ask, I think I left my wallet at home can I just get the sauce the one time. Girl at drive thru wanted”no you have to pay the $1.08 for the sauce,” me okay “can I ask your manger maybe she’ll say yes” manager speaking in Spanish “no she can’t get the sauce no” girl-“yea they are in a meeting right now you can drive around and come inside the store and ask her”
Me finds wallet comes in the store “can I speak to the manager”

Explains to her the employee in the drive thru was really rude to me I had thought I lost my walllet and just wanted and $1 sauce but I found it so I want to pay for it but she was really rude to me.

I’m like ok here’s the money I just say -I just thought she talked to my rude and I just wanted to speak to the manger about it.
Ndidta- well it cost 1.08 so starts laughing hands me my receipt dosnt apologize tells the Customer behind me “sorry about that”

Completely embarrassed me laughed in my face as a supervisor. Gossiping to the other employees like how unprofessional.

First and last visit here. Customer service is horrendous. Refusal to answer the phone when there are no customers (to ask about the missing food items). Missing items from the order and the employees have zero sense of responsibility or customer service when going back to get said items. Never again. Which is disappointing. KFC has always had good customer service but apparently not this location. All the food I did receive was good but not going back again.

Clean. Friendly, Fast service. I visited on $10 Tuesday. Also ordered mashed potatoes and gravy and cole slaw. The chicken was perfect as usual, likewise the mashed potatoes and gravy. The cole slaw this visit was disappointing. Not as swert and juicy as I remember. Sadly I was already home when I found out.
Employees are very friendly and very helpful well cleaned restaurant My family and I enjoyed having dinner We will definitely be back!
