Me and my family went to this KFC tonight and the Gentleman working the register is one of the nicest people I have ever met. He truly treated up with absolute kindness and ensured we had everything we needed. Every customer that walked received the same outstanding kindness. I don't think he ever stopped smiling and it was a genuine happy smile. The food was good, the biscuits were fresh, and the gravy flight was interesting.

Chicken is good, but the service is eh. I got an 8 piece chicken meal with 2 Mac n cheese and 1 mash potatoes but I got a chicken sandwich for myself too. They forgot my sandwich. My mans handed me a huge bag so I mistakenly assumed I got everything cause he just handed me the food and didn’t say a single thing so? A bit bummed

Repeatedly, clearly, ask for a medium Pepsi. Asked what I wanted at the window, repeat again, receive (and get charged) for a large. Ask for potato wedges, given fries.

Food still tastes the same as always for me and was good 👍🏽 but I did go when they first opened in the morning so everything was just cooked. The customer service wasn’t the best.. but they did their job well enough and cannot beat the deal 8 pieces for $10 on Tuesdays.
