Went through drive through and grabbed dinner for the family. Got home served dinner and my husband bit into the chicken and it was cold and still red. Brought the chicken back to show them what type of chicken we received. They blamed the red on the hot cause we added to the chicken because we were about to eat. There is a difference between hot sauce and raw cold chicken. When exiting out the restaurant, some young punk yelled hot sauce really loud. This place is full on people that are rude and don’t know how to cook food safely. Stay away unless you want food poison.

Food was great but I really wanted to share this photo of a festive table setting under this amazing modern KFC logo chandelier. Probably the nicest table setting I've seen in a fast food restaurant. I almost want to eat here!

Went to location at 10:03 and they said they were out of chicken they close at 10:30 so I went next door and got Arby's chicken sandwich

September 1st, order placed at 5:40pm. I sat in the parking lot and began to place a mobile order. The estimated time the order would be ready was 5mins later. I decide to go ahead and walk in and sit in the lobby. No rush though so I allowed 10mins vs the 5mins. There was no food placed in the pickup location so I decided to wait at the counter. After standing another 5mins with no hello, no acknowledgement or may I help you I was annoyed.
I saw someone place a bag of food by the area where they pack the food. I thought that can't be my order because it's just sitting there and nobody placed it in the mobile pickup area. Meanwhile, the three ladies working had already seen me walk in, sit down, look for my order, stand by the counter and nobody had any sense think that maybe this is that customer's order. And why not put it where it can be picked up? The staff is horrible and could easily be replaced.
The only thing that I appreciated was that the food was decent and the price was good. Do better KFC. You ladies are too old to have this type of behavior. Everyone looked over 35. Get your life together please.
